..ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת. רק לי היה חסר והייתי שמחה לפעם הבאה שיהיו חביתות שעושים לפי הזמנה ללא תשלום נוסף.ושיהיה גם סלט קצוץ עגבניה ומלפפון קצוצים
מחירי הטיפולים בספא מאד יקרים ולי היה חסר מרחצאות עם מינרליים. כי יש רק בריכה וסאונות אבל בכללי הכל ברמה מאד גבוהה ושרות יוצא מהכלל יישר כוח ובאגף הישן הנפרד היינו רק לילה אחד בסויטה. היא ענקית ומפנקת אבל לצערי יש לכם בעיה רצינית עם התאורת חירום מעל המיטה שהיא אינה נכבית וזה ממש לא מאפשר לישון

Our 5th year in a row staying at Pupp. Bavarian sausages and omelettes every day at breakfast. Lovely. The suite's bathroom had been refurbed with Villeroy & Boch fittings and the shower was amazing. As always, Meat & Bone provided us with an excellent first meal. Becher's Bar was its usual high standard. The speakeasy, Splendid, was a great place to drink cocktails and champagne. An iconic hotel in a super location...and no (well, very few) Brits!

Nice, traditional hotel in the heart of Karlovy Vary
Overpriced, too expensive, overwhelmed statt at front desk reception (only 2 counters), not made for the amount of guests staying at the hotel while we were there. With only 101 rooms, one would expect "grand class" service. Not a proper welcome received, no appreciation for arriving guests. Check in strictly at 3pm, although we sent a special needs request 1 week earlier, as we were travelling with a person with a medical condition. Faciltites overcroweded, such as the Spa area. Not possible to enjoy the facilities as it was more than packed and unorganized. In times of high occupancy, the hotel should limit access to 1 hour or so, and not allow guests to occupy the Spa area for hours. Typical me first attitude from the "diverse" group of guest
