The location was good
The breakfast was great
The spa was good
They have almost ZERO staff talking English which is shocking
The room cleaning was so bad I had to call reception to get them to send someone after the cleaning lady came into the suite cleared the living room bin and just skipped the bathroom that needed a 360 and that required two calls and talking to all staff who none spoke English

Breakfast was good, a lot of choices. But, you need to add more coffee machines to exclude waiting.

Clean room, linens and bathrobes.
Breakfast -just ok not more. Very basic.
Reception desk was in the Bristol palace hotel and we had to climb up to it - was very tiring.
Lady on reception didn`t speak English.
Key card didn`t work and we had to go to reception to another building after SPA to change it.
I booked room with bath and send message that we need it but they gave us a room with shower.
