The hotel is so beautiful and adapted to the Karlovy Vary concept. The staff at the check-in and check -out are very nice and friendly. The hotel and rooms are very clean.
I came here looking for a relaxing time incluiding a massage. I went to the wellness center and the lady who I spoke with was no that friendly as she told me there were no more available massages and did not offer me another possible treatment. I know is my responsability to book for a service but if you have a busy schedule, it will be a good idea to recommned an early booking for a treatment we want for our stay. I believed I could have the chance doing it until I arrived.
Also, when I got to the pool there was a family with kids jumping, screaming ad kicking water which that did not let me enjoy of the pool so I went to the sauna and whirpool and just 5 minutes later the same family joined the place. They never stopped screaming (incluiding the adult), jumping into the whirpool and throwing water between them as they were playing with it, they even threw water into my slippers in an accidently way. Because of that I have to leave the place earlier than what I have planned. I AM AWARE THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL'S RESPONSABILTY although there must be a rule for all the guests to respect this areas and others guests because we choose and pay for this hotel especially for a relaxing time and for spending time at a wellness center. This is not an aquatic park.
The same noisy problem with the cleaning ladies. Very early sunday morning they started to speak outloud in the hallways just oustide the rooms.

The location and the cleanness, breakfast
The bathroom was extremely small and cramped, making it very difficult to sit comfortably on the toilet or even use it properly. It was not possible relax around the pool.

Excellent location in beautiful Karlovy Vary. The hotel consists of three nicely restored buildings and makes a very good first impression. Our room was spacious, fresh and comfortable in terms of size.
The room was surprisingly poorly equipped: no kettle and no complimentary water. The fridge was filled with paid alcoholic drinks, which felt unnecessary during a family holiday and left little space to chill our own food or drinks. The mattresses were also quite hard.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the food. Breakfast and other meals were monotonous, with limited variety, and overall gave the impression of being prepared with cost rather than quality in mind. The scrambled eggs were particularly disappointing and tasted as if they had been made from powder. The juices seemed to be diluted fruit concentrate. You certainly won’t leave hungry, but the quality is far below what I would expect from a hotel in this price range.
Overall, considering the price, I expected significantly more. Karlovy Vary is a beautiful place and I would gladly return, but next time I would probably choose a different hotel.

Breakfast and dinner were good. Especially the nice lady who served us dinner although we arrived just after dinner time, you are a heroine!
Masseuse was very grumpy, that's not the way I'd expect to relax. The spa area was not big enough, and the area was flooded with water. With the price you pay, it can be still acceptable.
