Location, conveniently located to the sites and easy access via public transportation to Heathrow. Pub downstairs was great for food at night if too tired to seek out a place to eat after a long day.
They are not in WhatsApp- all communication is thru email and with the time change it can be inconvenient.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic and made it so easy to explore London. Our room was very clean, and I loved all of the toiletries and little amenities provided.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and our room had large windows that brought in so much natural light. We also loved the view from our room.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Between the location, comfortable room, beautiful natural light, and great service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to London!

The location was right where you want to be to be able to walk to many attractions. Also close to the subways.
Going through the bar area to get to the hotel section.
