All areas including the room were clean.
The staff from booking in to booking out including breakfast, bar and dinner staff were all amazing.
Next time will probably book a spa treatment.
Beautiful place.
The only thing the pool wasn't open but the hotel gave us compensation to spend in the bar. Next time we will check about the pool, nice to have a swim after a long day of walking etc.

Lovely hotel
Staff were lovely
Room was really nice with a great view
I was very disappointed that the pool was shut during our visit. It was a key reason why I chose the hotel and it was annoying that we had not had any notification from either booking.com or the hotel itself to inform us.
Despite the lovely setting we knew the weather was likely to be bad so the pool was a key reason we booked and despite the £40 credit we received it did negatively affect my stay.

Good location, food excellent, staff very helpful. Good bus service if you didn’t, want to drive.
Certain areas could do with a bit of refurbishing. Dinning room felt cool with the air conditioning a bit of warmth would have made it more comfortable. Also the sitting room was on the cool side for after dinner drinks. Room was comfortable ,able to adjust the temperature in the room to a suitable temperature for the time of year and the weather conditions.
