The lake view is pretty and location is decent with lovely friendly staff and afternoon tea was lovely.
Considering the high price bracket of over £200 per night the hotel lacks alot of basic amenities that are offered in hotels with a much less cost per night.
The shower location was a tiny hole in the wall literally next to the bed with no privacy or curtains to cover the door. No aircon. No room service or phone in the room.
No complimentary water bottles and no toothbrush or toothpaste etc.
