Breakfast and the Brasserie evening meal were excellent
Reception porter lads were really warm & friendly.and helpful, the evening restaurant staff not as warm
Was nice to be able.to use the Spa after we had checked out as we didn't get chance to arrive early . Then we enjoyed some lunch by the lake before leaving
Disappointed no bath in our room , a proper hairdryer in the spa , and no cold water on the poolside.

The room was lovely, the staff friendly and pleasant. The staff in the Spa were fabulous. I really enjoyed the Spa package with the afternoon tea. I had a very pleasant stay.
The food in the brassiere was poor and very expensive for what it was.
When I arrived I just wanted a sandwich but they were not serving any.
Some of the flavours of cakes and sandwiches on the afternoon tea were very strange.
Despite breakfast being cooked to order my sister's poached egg was cold

Great location
Friendly staff
Lovely breakfast
Dull family room
Food ridiculously overpriced - braised beef came luke warm and sides were missed. Ruined a £35 meal instantly
More dogs than I remember - my son has allergies and it was pretty unbearable for him
