Large well equipped room with kind and caring staff. The facilities were well maintained and there was a sense of genuine care that we enjoyed our stay. There were lots of well thought out touches which helped us feel relaxed and enjoy our stay.

Spa has a salt room, sauna would be better. Rooms are fully and in some ways lavishly equipped, but probably a bit small at the price point.

Wonderful welcome at reception with a complementary glass of Prosecco. Good location, 5-10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and harbour. Clean room and comfy large bed. Excellent food and attentive service. Best fish and chips. Lovely afternoon tea. Staff friendly and professional.

The location was ideal, a short walk from the centre and quiet, unlike some of the other hotels, that being on the front were subject to the noise of the bars. Happy with the location.
The bed was comfy.
The restaurant we visited once and the meal was delicious.
The room, whilst the bed was comfy, the room was not the cleanest, there was a resident cobweb, grouting in the bathroom was stained, the bath took 20 minutes to fill up. The toilet seat was not fitted properly and no toilet brush.
We had to ask twice for tea bags and we were only given biscuits on day 1 of a 7 night stay.
Inconsistency in the breakfast room. Toast, a minor irritation, but please be consistent, 5 days of only 2 rounds of toast, and 2 with 3. You need to have standards.
