The location
The apartment was a bit tired, bathroom tiles need to be repointed and some of the kitchen doors need refurbished.

Apartment was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Would have given a much higher rating if maintenance had been dealt with prior to our visit.
being interrupted during our holiday for routine maintenance 2 days in a row
- having outdoor windows cleaned at 4am one day
- having boiler checked sometime after 9 am the same day
- having internal windows cleaned 'sometime after 9am' the next day
This could all have been better scheduled e.g.
- having them done during changeover day between guests
- having them scheduled so guests were not disturbed 2 days in a row.
Also several items of equipment in kitchen needed minor repairs - sink plug needed replaced, oven door didn't shut properly, cold water tap needed washer replaced.. also the instruction manuals provided online didn't match those in our apartment.

Location very good. Staff helpful
The apartment is beginning to look tired. We had to have the sofa replaced as it was badly damaged.
