The view was absolutely stunning with the outside terrace overlooking the bay. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Lights which stayed on until 11 pm on the terrace and came into our room. Blinds not adequate for light or privacy.

Excellent selection of food for breakfast.
Really enjoyed three out of four dinners. Staff were all very friendly and obliging.
Self catering was very useful.
Wonderful view from our windows and balcony.
We found there was no plug in the bathroom sink and both toilet seats were inclined to move, maintenance fixed as best they could but seats still moved.
Towels were very rough and some fraying at edge.
No choice on Steak night apart from vegetable curry, which was abysmal as veg were not cooked. Dessert was lemon cheesecake which was served on a vey warm plate and melting. Should have been another choice of meat e.g. gammon steak

Location was great and nice rooms. Just seemed a little short of TLC.
Garden and surroundings have not been maintained. Had one poor meal. No sit out area when the sun shines

The new feature of this hotel, are the stunning views of the beach. You just cannot beat it.
In the evening the bar staff are also the waiting on staff. I chosen not to eat the hotel each night due to having plans, so when I attended the bar I would often find myself waiting for 10/15 minutes before a staff member would even see me, and usually that was because I would have to walk off and find a staff member in the restaurant which doesn’t over look the bar area. There is no way a member of staff can see you waiting at the bar. They need a bell or to actually check the bar every minute or so to prevent this happening. On speaking to other residents, they had the same issue.
