Only Continental. Cooked, apparently, was available but it was never mentioned. Anything cooked has to come from next door bar/restaurant. If that was closed you had to go out to eat.
The hotel is very comfortable but there is a big issue for relying on next door bar/restaurant. One evening it was closed and we ate biscuits for our evening meal! Since there is no transport and it is pitch black at night, going out is very difficult. We are reasonably fit but at 75 it was quite hard going walking to the hotel. Sark is a fabulous place but I wouldn't advise anyone going if they are not good on their legs.

Rural setting
No ambience. I appeared to be the only person staying. The description of the restaurant on their web site suggested fresh sea food, organic meats and fresh local vegetables. It turned out to have none of those things and was separate from the hotel. I was impressed by their ability to turn a basic pizza into a soggy mess covered with processed cheese.
