The warm welcome on arrival.
Location
The helpful owners, bike park area, breakfast choices, and the idea of honesty bar (not that we used it ).
That we didn’t get to sit in the garden for breakfast due to the weather, and having to leave

Amazing nice owners with whom we had a couple nice chats and a really comfortable room so close to the town center that I cannot imagine a better location. Very nice breakfast included. Absolutely lovely garden!
The shower cabin was very small which ended with a pulled muscle.

Very conveniently located close to the Avenue so easy access to the restaurants, bike hire and foodstop. It has an amazing garden which the owners allow you access anytime
Old property, lots of slanted walls on the top floor - got knocked about 4 times, toilet is smelly, cleaning not done properly - had used coffee mug and jar in the room. Breakfast has no variety but could have been generous
