I was lucky to be upgraded for a one-night extension of my stay on the island (I'd been staying elsewhere). I only booked the room the night before. The view from the balcony was just astounding - an extensive sweeping arc of the port. I very much enjoyed taking it all in.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was lovely with a big bed, comfy chairs, clean bathroom and it's own private balcony.
Good quality and variety at breakfast.
The only issue for me was the bed with it's soft pillow top - I didn't like it and felt like I was sinking. There seemed to be two different mattresses/beds pushed together but I found them both too soft. Other people may love that.

Fabulous room with wonderful views. Peaceful. The staff are fantastic we arrived at 11am the room was ready at 11:15am so they allowed us to check in. Our last night we arrived back after the gate was locked (which we already knew about) one of the staff happened to be parked nearby and very kindly drove us back to the hotel entrance.
If walking back it’s up a steep hill or alternative shorter route steps however it’s the shorter route

It’s located 5 to 10 min walking from the centre of the town
The location was not correct on booking.com. It took us 30 minutes to find the property. When we arrived we were told they had never had a complaint before making it our mistake. Just behind us at the reception was someone who had the same problem.
No fridge or aircon.
At dinner the Pinot Noir was warm. We the. Ordered another wine only to be told it was out of stock.
Breakfast was really nice and the staff really tried. But they did get off to a bad start which is always a problem.
