Staff are extremely attentive. Everything is very warm, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely room with a great view but the bathroom needs attention. Food in the evening and for breakfast was very good.
The bathroom in our room needs some TLC. It's cold as the radiator does not work, the sink drains very slowly. No pegs for clothes. The jacuzzi was closed the morning i swam. All these things were also the case when i stayed in that room almost a year ago. The room itself is lovely

The room we stayed in was excellent, good choice of breakfast, not a buffet but nicely served with helpful staff. The spa facilities second to none for a hotel. Third time of coming, will be back next year.
Bar area of a night should be moved to the lounge area.

Lovely food and great staff. Nice bathrobe and towels. Comfy bed.
Room was not ready until 1.5hrs past check in time. Booked a suite which was a great size, but not clean in very noticeable places... window filthy on the inside, at least a month's worth of dust on the table, stains on carpet and smears on mirror; also stains on spare pillow in the wardrobe.
