It was an enjoyable stay but I in terms of value for money would try another spa hotel next time.

Friendly staff who seemed to enjoy their work and was happy to help, comfortable hotel, not to crowded a Saturday in January. At one point we had the pool to our selves.

For this price I think the entrance to the pool and sauna should be included in the price. Also, the sauna wasn't exactly hot, well, 60 degrees but was supposed to be 80 we were told. The breakfast could have been a bit better with more interesting food selection, and include different coffee drinks, not just black coffee. It was a bit cold in the room and the light in the room stopped working several times. The TV was also not easy to turn on..

Wonderful view, very comfortable beds, great hours (for breakfast, dinner, checking in and out, the spa...), great soap, AMAZING 10/10 breakfast, beautiful decorations and design.

Breakfast was excellent, Staff were very helpful. Neat and crisp.

Location is middle of nowhere. Fortunately I drove to this hotel before dark. After dark I can't imagine driving to this place, very scary. It is 31 km from Airport. I would rather pay little more and stay close to the airport. For the location the price is too high. Dinner was so expensive for this location. Room is so small. Water leaks out of shower enclosure and becomes very messy. It is unbearable to even step inside the bathroom after shower.

nice location by the lake with lovely views. we had an early start to catch our flight and they made special breakfast boxes for us which was really nice of them.

the spa facilities close really early at 7pm. there was a wedding party playing loud music till 3 am that kept us awake.

Breakfast was good.

A big gap between shower doors which spills water into toilet area, this makes the entire toilet and wash basin area slippery. No proper ventilation in rooms.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel located into almost the woods. Comfortable and large bed, good breakfast and kind staff.

Some details in common areas could be managed better. The coffee machine was,in my opinion, hard to find because it was situated apart from the breakfast area, so I first thought there was no coffee for breakfast.

Breakfast is wonderful, 10 out of 10. Amazing lake view from the hotel. Excellent place to stay for a couple of nights, also close to Oslo airport.

The restaurant had very little choices for lunch and dinner, not quite handy with no other restaurant/food options in the area.

okay place, staff made a big big mistake

located by the lake. it was a beautiful location. breakfast was nice.

we got keys to the room and opened the room. there was somebody else in the room! the hotel staff had made a big big big mistake of not keeping track of who is in which room. this mistake just killed my confidence in the hotel. I didn’t feel very safe in the room due to this. also the curtain edges let in light, which was not nice during the summer.

Lovely hotel surrounded by nature.

30 mins drive from airport but totally worth it! The hotel located on the lake and views are breathtaking. Nice cozy atmosphere inside, spa with a pool, breakfast was really good. We even decided to stay one more day. Definitely will be our go to hotel in Oslo.

Fantastic stay!

Comfy beds, great location by the lake surrounded by forests. Fantastic breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, a selection of meat, cheese, fish and other delicacies. Helpful staff. Great interior with an artistic touch (paintings on the walls and sculptures In the garden), blankets, umbrellas to borrow. Indoor and outdoor saunas. I will stay there again if I travel In the area.

Poor coffee. In the bar there was No Spanish wine, even though it was on the drink list.

Recommend to at least stay a few days to enjoy most of what the hotel can offer!

Good selection of breakfast, despite the coronavirus restrictions. Staff are friendly people. Enjoyed the hunt for art installations around the hotel - amidst the beautiful scenery. Indoor swimming pool is a fantastic piece of technology. Room size is just right for us (2 adults, one 8-year-old, and an infant). If we had more time than just a day, we would have gone for more activities - kick-bikes, frisbee, and the likes.

Room is a little dusty. Had expected some preparations for 3 adults (stated this in the booking), but seems like the standard setup is for 2 adults - only two towels were set up, and the extra bed had no mattress cover provided (Could have asked these from the reception, but it does seemed to be a slight bother on my end). Being coffee-enthusiast, had expected a coffee-machine (stated available in the junior suite), but then it was not - I am assuming this is also due to the coronavirus restrictions.

Good

Very nice Place, with nice nature, good food and good facilities for relaxing. Very friendly staff and a great place to run away from home office and have a little comfort. Especially with the spa connected it’s just a dream.

The room was cleaned once within a week. The wall showed marks and spiderwebs which were visible old. The staff explained us due to corona restrictions they don’t cleaned the room as long as you don’t ask for it and only if you stay longer than three nights. We stayed a week and the marks and spider webs were still there also after cleaning.
