Beautiful location, rooms were lovely and food was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful couldn’t fault it.

Bedrooms were spacious beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Loved the private terrace at top bedrooms too.

Well refurbished.
Nice walk to beach, although along a single lane road so not suitable for all.
Parking - there was none available when I arrived and I had a lot of hassle from people complaining about me parking out front as bus struggles to get through village (reception knew and there were no signs advising not to park there), and despite multiple attempts to move my car to car park, only found a spot about 9pm. Staff were friendly but not helpful.
Noise - there was banging until 10pm at night and then from 7am. Not sure if some building work was going on? I was not advised of this.
I would like to return to Branscombe but won’t be booking this hotel.
