The unit was fine close to Myer Central and train station 👍🏻

Great location
There was no dishwasher in the apartment. On Friday and Saturday nights, the street noise was sometimes loud.

Clean and comfortable room, pleasant and informative welcome from staff. Great location shopping center and railway station across the street. Various pubs and eating venues within a short walk. Under cover and secure parking. Ideal for a few days star in Cairns.

The location was the outstanding point. We could easily walk down to the Marina to catch trips, food outlets, shops. Also it is just across the road from Cairns Central Plaza (shops, banks, eateries, and supermarkets). As there was a full kitchen in the apartment we shopped and cooked some of our meals. There was also a washing machine and dryer which is why I chose this apartment. Good water pressure for showers. Swimming pool and BBQ facilities. Safe parking.
It’s a little tired - which is ok but simple things could make a better first impression. The only bowl for salads etc had a crack in it (we didn’t use it). The frying pans Teflon is past its use by (we bought ourselves a new pan to use). The hot tap had a back leak which meant our toilet bags, if left on the bench by the sink, got wet. And just in general some small touch ups would smarten it up eg paint on the bathroom door and skirt (where there has been obvious water damage).
