Easy to find and access. Good location. Parking good.spacious in living area.
Very limited hanging space (we were going to a wedding); no full length mirror; cleaning product smell was very strong.

Nice quiet location but close to Centro Shopping Mall, cafes, pubs and Rusty's market. Only a short 15 min walk to beach front and pier.

A nice spacious appartment, with a balcony overlooking a lovely swimming pool.
The kitchen was excellent with a big fridge/freezer, a microwave and 2 cooking elements.
Great location, within close walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Esplanade & most importantly the wharf where the boats leave for the Great Barrier Reef.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. By staff, I mean Matthew! He was the only person I met.
Unfortuately the coffee shop/cafe was closed. I'm not sure why. Not a major problem though as there were plenty of places nearby to buy my coffee!

Location was close to the convention centre, which was an important part as this was a business trip.
Close to the city, but this is applicable to other place to stay nearby as well.
Air-con was functioning well. Small bedroom had a table fan.
Had small packs of shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea and sugar as well as 2 packets of milk in the fridge, which was handy.
Reception was not open at 4pm, getting into the building was tricky initially.
The advertisement mentioned availability of laundry detergent but this was not the case when I contacted reception.
The price paid was fairly dear for the state of the unit, >$200/night. Bathroom looked run down.
I requested a receipt/invoice twice , yet to get one as this was a business trip.
