Quiet location but close enough to walk to town. Low season so we were the only ones there. Restaurant on location very small but did the trick.
The beds were soooooooooo hard and the shower pressure was sooooooooo weak :(

The beach was wonderful, the location was perfect - close enough to walk quickly to the centro but far enough so that there was zero noise when trying to sleep
The breakfast options need to be expanded. There is only one option - eggs. Though the entire breakfast included fresh juice, eggs, bacon or ham, toast, coffee/tea and bean dip.

Restaurant is extremely pricey but then again the whole island is overpriced. The rest, zero complains.

The actual property is relaxed and well maintained. The cleaning staff were kind and did an excellent job each day.
The manager was beyond rude and obnoxious in her communication. She took no accountability for an error, proven through email correspondence, which cost me an additional $500. The beach / ocean in in front of the hotel, which is not managed by the hotel, had a mild stench of septic most days. On a day the power went out for 6 hours, the stench was unbearable.
This was our family's second time to Hollbox and the year before was ideal and pristine. We will not be staying here again.
Stay south of town.
