Loved being across the street from the beach. The back cottages aren’t beach front, but they are quieter. We had visits from raccoons at night :) also, as a family of 5, having three single beds in the room for the kids was amazing.
It was pricy, but so is Holbox. It is great that it includes a yummy breakfast.

Staff were amazing, service was perfect. Location was good as well, free breakfast was special!
Mattresses could use an upgrade to less firm. Medium firm would make for far better rest.
Minimum spends on certain areas on the beach like the lounge pillows for guests is a unfair. Guests should be priority and have towels and beds available to them with no conditions.
Food and cocktails are a bit pricy but free breakfast and the options were amazing!

No hair dryer. No table in the room. The room is big and there is no place to put something, only on fridge

Location very good
Family of Raccoons living on roof of bungalow, gave a bad smell to bungalow especially in bedroom. The Raccoons came out at dusk and went back to roof at dawn leaving excrements on the floor of the front door.
