Friendly staff, comfortable well equipped rooms, great location near beach and close enough to shops in the town. Easy to arrange tours through the hotel itself (although I did not shop around much so I don't know if we got good value or "just" good service). Snack bar menu and drinks were great, All Inclusive service all the way to the beach was great.
The buffet for the main dinner was of mixed quality - sometimes great, sometimes just OK. There definitely are mosquitoes on Holbox, so beware of that - and maybe the hotel could combat them a bit more on their own property. It's weird that we had to keep signing for our dinner and bar orders even though we had the all-inclusive packages and each receipt we were signing was for $0.00.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, close to the beach. Very nice design and the atmosphere
They need nicer staff to qualify for 4 star hotel ratings.
Especially those who work at the bar and at reception
