Very nice stay, lovely rooms and great pool area.

Good customer service, lovely premises, very comfortable and clean rooms. The pool area is great, the perfect complement to a trip to the beach, which is only 2 minutes away. The breakfast menu has lots of options and its served to you restaurant-style.

The breakfast portions could have been a bit more generous, for example, more bread (and of better quality) with the eggs, or more fruit with the pancakes. There is also the choice between fruit juice or fruit salad, it would be nice if it were both. Wifi was not very good outside the ground floor area. It would be great if the pool area could have something against mosquitos.

beautiful boutique hotel, the staff is extremely nice and the pool very enjoyable, rooms are clean and neat

breakfast starts only at 8am and there’s nothing around to get a coffee before 8am

beautiful island resort, holbox is magic!

the property is stunning, very peaceful and has all essentials you may need.

I can’t have milk, so not having a milk alternative wasn’t great.

horrible experience

the bathroom, at least I was able to take an appropriate shower

location, there was not internet, staff is not friendly, bed is hard like a rock, the price is definitely not appropriate for what you get.

relax In Holbox

the hotel is located close to the beach and also to the center of the village. I loved the design of the hotel that is really in line with the nature around you.

for the price of the hotel, the breakfast could be improved as they only offer 1 plate for each guest with a limited offer of drinks.

Loved Tierra Mia Boutique Hotel, great value, great location and great staff

Cute boutique hotel, would definitely stay here again!! location is great, just far enough from town to be quieter, still close enough to go out for dinner or shopping, without it being a hassle. Its also close to the nicer beach areas we prefer near the sand bar Breakfast was good, eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt and juices among other choices each day Luis at reception was very helpful, he was a great source of information, remembers every guest’s name, and was working on his 4th language I believe, he was a delight!

really need a small fridge in rooms, and better coffee ( I think it was instant) otherwise loved the property

definitely come back here!

Location is great, close to the nicest beach of Holbox. close to the center and nice restaurants or beach bars. staff is super friendly, later checkout was possible. room was clean, spacious and comfortable. everything like in the pictures.

breakfast is good, nothing compared to what you get in a fancy breakfast place in Holbox though. so has some improvement potential. for us it was good enough though.

close to the beach, easy walk; breakfast was good, simple, smallish portions depending on what you ordered. Nice interior, simple and minimalistic. Friendly staff that shared a lot of restaurant recommendations. Also very friendly service in the morning.

Just based on how the Hotel is build, the rooms are right next to the balcony which serves as the floor/hallway. Laying in bed, facing the big doors, I felt a bit "out there". You obviously have to close all curtains, otherwise people can look into your room, straight at your bed. But that's really just a minor thing.

Beautiful and clean hotel in a peaceful area

The pool area was very pretty as well as the rooms and the lobby. The areas were kept very tidy. The hotel is a short walk from the beach which was nice. Also the area is quiet and peaceful.

Breakfast portions were pretty small. There was not enough places to hang your clothes or dry your towels in the room. Some more hooks on the wall or shelfs would be needed. Since the courtyard is of sand, there should be some carpet also in front of the room where to swipe your shoes. There was only one hand towel in the room and no place to hang it. Also the flush on our toilet wasn’t working well.

Calm and pretty. The perfect relaxing stay.

The hotel is perfectly located near the beach and town. Luis was super helpful with information and welcoming me to Tierra Mia. The pool was great and the decor amazing.

Wifi a little trickier in the rooms but not a huge deal!

I stayed with a friend in Tierra Mia. The staff were friendly and helpful, it's a short walk to both the beach and centre and was quiet at night. Would stay there again and highly recommend to a friend.

Lovely hotel in a great location with good pool. Short walk from beach. Quiet. Good breakfast. Ideal. The staff were all friendly and very helpful - helping with tour bookings etc. They also helped to return a left item to us in Cancun - they were immensely helpful and kind in their dealings with this matter. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay. I was nicely surprised as soon as I entered the hotel. The room was very big and very nice. The pool area is lovely and very calm. The hotel is peaceful and I was happy to have some me time in this place. It was not bad to have no connection in the rooms, it allows to really rest. I only had connection in the lobby or close to the lobby. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend ! and I would be happy to stay again at this hotel

The only thing that could be improved is the internet connection. Also, bear in mind that you have to pay to extend the check-out. I wanted to extend for 1 hour but it is 10USD per hour

Nice and stylish hotel with a great breakfast

Nicely and modern equipped hotel just a few steps from the beach. Stylish lobby, room and also the pool. Rich breakfast included and possibility to rent a bike if needed. The hotel is quite easy to reach also on foot from the ferry pier if you have a backpack (10-15 minutes walk). Very friendly staff is a plus :)

Poor wifi in the room (2nd floor), on the reception OK.

Simple and beautiful decor. Very clean. Nice breakfast options. Good size room. Close to the beach. Affordable

Would be perfect with designated beach chairs and umbrellas for guests.

Location is good and the hotel is clean

Wifi is not working. Breakfast includes only one meal. If you want a second portion you have to pay. Appointment for my covid test booking didn't work and no one informed me.

Awesome location and staff

The location is perfect, close to the centre and beach. The design of the hotel is great and the staff is so nice and helpful. Booking tours at the hotel is also good. The breakfast is very good.

The Wifi is really bad and almost doesn’t function. There is also bad reception on the mobile network on this location (telcel).

We considered that the location is one of the best in the island. Close to the beach and the center, but very calm. Nice hotel and friendly staff.

Too expensive for the type of accommodation and service provided. Don’t think the price/quality is adequate.
