This charming boutique hotel, conveniently located near the beach, offers easy access to the beach club. The rooms are spotlessly clean, featuring comfortable beds and plush pillows. The showers boast excellent water pressure, ensuring a refreshing experience. The staff is very friendly and professional.
The hotel was filled with the sound of a crying baby during the night hours and the loud music from the beach club echoing through the afternoon. Additionally, the hotel is pitch dark at night, with no night lights.

An amazing property in an amazing location right on the beautiful beach of Isla Holbox. The hotel feels like a home from home with such lovely great facilities and interior design. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel provided a great cot covered by a mosquito net for the baby. The pool area is lovely and the beach club is incredible, as is the beach bar and restaurant. There is also a restaurant at the hotel that serves delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you prefer to eat out of the hotel then you are in a great location. All the staff were amazing, particularly Max and Carlos, and they were so helpful and friendly with our baby. Anything you want they go out of their way to arrange.We also met the owner of the property, Sandra, who was amazingly friendly and asked how we were every day. There is also fee daily yoga sessions every morning which were great and we enjoyed massages at the hotel also. Ir is one of the pricier stays on the island but most definitely worth it. If we return to Holbox then we will certainly be returning to Ser Casasandra.

The property is not only in the ideal location with just a 5-6 min walk to town, it combines both comforting and well appointed decor and amenities. The beachfront restaurant and lounging area is always free of sargasm, comfortable, clean and the restaurant and its staff are fantastic.
Speaking of staff every single employee was absolutely wonderful. You are greeted with smiles and loving kindness at each turn. From mornings in the lobby, to the fantastic restaurant team to the competent, caring and accommodating desk team.
