Cannot beat its location!!! It is quiet, private and has the most beautiful beach right across. I particularly loved the design of the hotel. Lots of palm trees, palapas, and hamacas, which makes it a great beach getaway!
I disliked that the keys to the room were handed right at 3pm- check in time. Not one minute before. It would be nice that the hotel offered some flexibility on this, as we arrived at 2:30pm and had to wait in the lobby, even when the room was ready.

The location, the spacious grounds, the service
I booked a sea view room, but we only got a downside garden room across from the restaurant which was quite noisy.
The bathrooms are a little dated and could use a renovation.

Location, clean, comfortable, cozy
Reception Staff was very rigid, it was hard to get them to facilitate comfort strategies (like I.e opening credit to the room to avoid having to sign a bill every time you would
Order a drink; their pool towels policy is insane, pretty much forces visitors to be policing their towels at all
Times Otherwise you may need to pay for them in case they get stolen)
The offered stake cuts were no way near advertised
