No complaints, restaurant was a bit pricey but overall delicious, and worth it for the level of service the staff provides.

The property is beautiful in one place of the beach which is simply great. The room facing the sea was nice and cozy. This place is also perfect to see the sunset.
No minibar in the room = no cold water. You can refill the water from a water dispenser (the one we have in the offices) so the water is in a big plastic tank. So the story of the green approach makes 0 sense. You can have a minibar with glass bottles if you want to avoid plastic. I understand the rules of Mexico regarding smoking, but a small umbrella outside over the bench will be appreciated as you can immagine is quite hot. Care of customers is also this, a simple umbrella to smoke a cigarette in the shadow and not at 40 degrees.

Nice architecture except 2nd floor bedrooms. No handrails
Too set by time -nothing available between lunch & dinner
Staff should put water in rooms-don’t expect guests to haul water to rooms
