Amazing hotel with best beach club of the island!

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the center (5 minutes walking) super calm area. The rooms was perfect, spacious with very beds, nice view on the ocean. The hotel is modern and has all amenities, the pool was perfect for a relaxing time. The beach was incredible, with an amazing restaurant where we had lunch everyday, and the beach club is perfect, cabanas and sunbed for everyone, lounge music, and drinks all day long. It’s by far the best beach club of the island! And the staff 10/10 so nice so accommodating for everything. Always brought stuff for my kids, from fresh juice to beach toys… Bottom line, go!

Mala experiencia, solo disfrute la habitación y tuve que huir del hotel durante el día. No pienso regresar

La recamara

El malestar por la música demasiado fuerte en el restaurante y el club de playa. El Gerente Ari no quiere entender a sus huespedes, ni siquiera escucharlos, y muchos se quejaron de la música fuerte y tan poco apropiada. A tal punto que menos del 20% de los huespedes usa los camastros del club de playa, y por supuesto no consume en el restaurante del hotel. Cuando me queje por tercera vez del volumen de la música la bajaron pero 10 minutos despues el Gerente obligo a los empleados a subirla otra vez. Hay que despedir a este gerente que es terco y no es capaz de satisfacer a sus huespedes.

Excellent séjour

Superbe hôtel, un peu à l’écart . Neuf, moderne, confortable. Très belle plage . Restau sur la plage très sympa. On a adoré .

C’est peut être lié à Holbox, mais ça reste très cher même si rien à dire sur la qualité des prestations

Dishonest scammy staff at this hotel

Location was great. Room with a loft was really cool.

Dishonest staff at front desk. Rude general manager. Loud techno music at the beach. Lack of hot water one full day, no water at all the following day. Rooms could be cleaner Pool was cold

The room is great with 2 sinks and spacious beds, the beach club and restaurants are right across the street facing the beach, which is very convenient. The staff are really nice and friendly

The bathroom door doesn’t close properly and the flush in the toilet makes a jet engine sound which is reeeally loud and will wake everyone up. we could even hear other room’s flush sound. despite being a 5-star hotel, they don’t provide help picking you up from the ferry harbor, which was disappointing for us but luckily there are plenty of taxis available near the harbor.

Bon hôtel mais personnel incompétent

L’emplacement idéal et la plage privée sont des vrais plus ! La qualité de la literie et la propreté, Gladys est très professionnelle ! La salle de sport est bien équipée et spacieuse.

La réception est totalement à l’ouest… Ils ont été tout à fait inutiles, à côté de la plaque, peu professionnels et franchement désagréables… Nous sommes arrivés, impossibles de retrouver ma réservation, ils n’avaient la réponse à aucune question et dès que vous les solliciter vous avez l’impression de les déranger… De plus leur niveau d’anglais est franchement insuffisant pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Beautiful location, nice room, a bit overpriced for what you get

The location was great, away from the busy central streets (good and quiet for sleeping) but at the same time only 10 minutes walking from the centre.The room was lovely although we would have preferred for it not to be on the ground floor, as you have people passing by, literally in front of your windows, so we had to keep curtains closed off when in the room. Nice beach area although sun beds are really close one to another. Music always on and loud on the beach, which is incredibly annoying (seems to be an Holbox thing), when the majority of people were reading/trying to relax. All in all the hotel is a good one, unsure if it’s worth 5 stars, especially when it comes to service - it wasn’t the best, really strict with their rules that didn’t make sense at times (for example, we had a waiter running after us for not having signed a receipt of drinks we had at the bar, as if we were running away from the hotel, while we were just having a walk on the beach, which was really unnecessary).

Music too loud on the beach, service annoying at times, no hangers in the room (literally nowhere to hang a towel on).

Nice hotel in Paradise area.

Paradise! Hotel is in a great spot on the beach - quiet and with wider sand area, but still close to center (5-7 min walk). Staff is really helpful. Room, pool and beach area are nice. Gym is actually quite good - was positively surprised.

Bathroom is big, but could have better lights. swimming pool area needs more chairs/space. Be careful - We were charged for things we did not order, but was late so did not have time to get reimbursement.

It was beautiful and they have the best food.

everything was perfect I loved my room the pool of my room, the food was amazing, the treat of the workers was the best, and the beach was beautiful I love it.

I didn't like that my room wasn't in the beach it was in front of the street and then I have to walk a bit to get to the beach and they told me it was in the beach and another thing I didn't like is that the shower and the toilet didn't have light only out of the bathroom so I took my showers in the dark and I went to the bathroom in the dark too. But everything else was amazing tysm.

Pros: - room was very nice however not much space to unpack - Staff at reception nice and try to help where they can

Cons: - toilet flush really loud, can hear from other rooms in middle of night - Woken up at 4am by what sounded like a plane taking off but think was generator - Room on road was loud - Rooms have no sound proofing so constant noise with opening doors/cupboards etc - No bike service included which at 5* you would accept - Not a 5* hotel - Service in restaurant terrible - Really bad WiFi throughout hotel - Food quality in restaurant poor, much better to go elsewhere on the island

Just not worth the expensive price, a pool the size of a bathtub, far from the center, very expensive for no value, my r

the staff just make “yes” with third head and nothing really happened. 3 times in 2 days the supervisor should talk with me and she doesn’t. the tv didn’t work, the floor was with a lot of dust that I must to put shoes in my 5 stars hotel room, towels not replaced.

The hotel was located at the beach.

We had booked the most expensive room of the hotel, but didn't even had a sea view. The sunbeds at our terrace and at the beach were very dirty. Service was very poor too, we had asked to wash our shirts, they weren't even ironed when we got them back. The food definitely isn't 5* worthy but more like a 3*. Wouldn't recommend this while visiting the beautiful Isla Holbox.

We loved Holbox. The hotel room was super comfortable and the location was good.

Superb

Great location right by one of the better beaches in Holbox, staff are really friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, good breakfast and dinner

Swimming pool is small and in the shade for most of the day, we didn't really use it but it's nice to have.

Weak resort hotel with bad value > go to Cozumel instead

The two front office employees Paulina and Jessica were very friendly, competent and accommodating

Unfortunately many things: > Overall bad value ;-( - Max 31/2 star property - Lots of moskitos - Dirty and dusty floors in rooms and public areas - Service in restaurant wasn’t good - Restaurant, table cloths and restrooms were dirty - Beach chair cushions were dirty - A/C in bedroom was aimed at bed - Very Limited menu items - Bad noise insulation between rooms/toilets

$500 a night for a standard room was overpriced for the below average food and service.

The rooms are nice. Standard room had a balcony with a table and chairs with an egg chair.

The issue with the standard room is the bathroom. There’s no separation or privacy from the room. It’s all right behind the glass. I don’t think your partner wants to hear you going to the bathroom.

Very disappointed !!!!

I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel

Give us a room that we paid for!!! I paid for a pool view room and below shows what we got. I made a complaint to the young girl in reception and she said she’d speak to the manager, obviously the complaint was ignored as we didn’t hear back from the manager! I think that the hotel also needs to make more king beds available as not all couples like to sleep in separate beds.

I would stay here again.

Good location, comfortable room, good breakfast and nice vibe. Good section of beach to be on.

Pool area was under construction. Room location with plunge pool was basically ocean front, but most of view was blocked by restaurant. Also noise from restaurant A/C or generator was prevalent if patio door was open.

Very good

Good service from the staff, there is a great manager at front desk who heleped us with room change - we booked a king size bedroom but we had a different one at our arrival. Great service in restaurant and at beach by a waiter name Gabino:) . Good food in the hotel restaurant.

Some of the staff in the restaurant didnt speak english.

Location right on the beach, can walk into the water

Very hard to sit and relax on the beach with loud techno music constantly playing. It was most disturbing and gave the impression that the hotel wanted the resort to be more of a club than a tranquil location on an idyllic beach.
