The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The location was also very convenient and well served by public transport, making it easy to reach any part of the island quickly.
Unfortunately, our experience was not entirely positive.
Everything went well on arrival: as advertised, the owner picked us up from the airport and drove us to the accommodation.
The main problem occurred on the day of our departure. We had arranged an airport transfer with the owner for 4:00 a.m., but he never showed up. My wife and I, together with two other guests, waited in the lobby for him, repeatedly trying to call and send messages, but we received no reply.
Only thanks to Uber were we able to quickly find an alternative and reach the airport just in time, only a few minutes before boarding began. It was a very stressful and unpleasant situation, especially considering the early hour and the real risk of missing our flight.
I understand that there was unusually heavy rain that night, especially as it had not rained in Malta for quite some time. However, a simple message informing us that the transfer could not be provided would have been enough and would have allowed us to make alternative arrangements in advance.
As for the accommodation itself, the bed in our room was rather uncomfortable, and the bathroom sink was so small that even brushing our teeth was difficult. We also found the breakfast quite basic, with very limited choice.
It is a shame because our initial welcome and the airport pick-up had given us a good impression. Unfortunately, the failure to provide the agreed return transfer, without any warning or response to our calls and messages, had a very negative impact on our overall experience.

The location is very good, right in a touristic area that feels safe and pleasant. This was definitely the most positive aspect of our stay.
Our stay was very disappointing overall. One of the main reasons we chose this accommodation was the private parking advertised in the listing, but upon arrival we were told it was full, which clearly contradicts what was offered.
During check-in, we also perceived that the receptionist was not in proper condition to assist guests, which negatively impacted our first impression.
The room had dirty walls (we have photo evidence), and although the textiles smelled clean, they were clearly worn out, with one towel even being torn.
The breakfast experience was also poor and below expectations. On the first day, there were no basic items such as eggs, the variety was very limited, and only one cup of coffee was offered. Additionally, the tableware was not properly cleaned.
