The location is great - a short walk from Galataport and a walking distance to all the main attraction.
The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful especially Ms. Ecem, Mr. Hilal and Bilal - fixed the AC problem immediately, sent the iron to the room and were very helpful in general.
The breakfast is amazing - all the best from Turkish cuisine was there. Loved Atelier Rebul cosmetics in the room.
The water in the shower went out of the shower cabin.

The staff mostly are very especially bilal and halil very nice guy halil and always welling to help and support , the hotel location is very good as well but I think it is over rated
The restaurant staff during breakfast are very rude, also the hotel is old and they have serious issue with A/C especially during the day when it is hot
