- Great location, walking distance from Lulworth cove and durdle door.
- Parking was relatively convenient despite needing to register beforehand.
- Fast and free wifi (not sure why the other reviews had issues with this as it was not a problem at all)
Didn’t sleep well at all. Staff wasn’t interested in hear about it either, as they didn’t ask more when I said the stay was only “alright”
- Bed was a bit too small and way too bouncy. It was impossible to move without waking the other person up
- Room had no ventilation at all, had to open the door and even so it was really stuffy. They should at least have a window or a fan

The location was great and the room was nicely laid out. Staff were friendly. Overall good experience.
Very expensive for what you get. I would expect better food quality and some flexibility with checkin / out. For a one night stay checkin at 3.00pm and checkout at 10.30am seemed short and any extension in checkout was charged extra.

I loved the location, very close to the cove. The roll top bath in the room was lovely and having a balcony was great!

The location was great, the room was nice but quite small, no room for a wardrobe but there were hooks and coat hangers. We had a balcony which was lovely when the weather was nice but you are visible to the customers on the terrace.
We spent 3 nights in Room no.4, unfortunately we felt a bit disappointed with our stay, I was expecting something quite special for £982.
In the 3 days we were there room service didn’t visit once which meant our small bins were overflowing by the end of our stay. Someone left more cans of water outside the door but I’ve no idea why they didn’t come in, we didn’t leave the don’t disturb sign out. We did try and tell someone half way through but it’s quite difficult to get someone’s attention as they are also bar staff.
Our breakfast took about 30-40 minutes to come each time and i felt the offer was also a bit let down by missing elements of the full English, lack of granola on all days, tinned fruit and lack of natural yoghurt. We ate there once for dinner which was ok.
We were relieved the weather had got cooler as the room was very hot with no fan or air con, it must have been quite unbearable in the hot weather.
I do appreciate we were paying for the location and the balcony and we did like the room and enjoyed the balcony but this was very expensive and given the service we just didn’t feel it was really value for money.
I have emailed the Inn and sent online feedback with no response which rather proves my point about the service.
