Staff make up for any shortcomings in the room.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and approachable. They went above and beyond at every instance to make sure my stay was both comfortable and memorable. One evening I was sitting in reception; they even shared some pizza with me.

The room was clean, but clearly seen better days. Sticky tape holding some of the floorboards down and even one floor board missing.

My daughter liked the ambiance

Sandeep Pandey is very friendly and helpful. I would like his service for full. Checkin time was useful to easy to adjust. We were welcomed good from Reception to breakfast. They helped searching outside taxies for roaming

staff response amazing, there’s a cafe and a bar down on the ground which is amazing. the location is superb.

the mattress was really bad two singles with literally closed together with straps that made it really uncomfortable to sleep.

Stay not as expected for the price.

Breakfast quality was very bad. Facility arranged for breakfast from outside as they did not have their own kitchen. Timing was also after 8.30 am onwards.

nothing. the pictures and the property looks nothing alike. they don’t even have tea sachets in the room and it looks very shady. the bathroom was disgusting.

Nothing we liked in the hotel

We came by flight,senior citizens and even booking was made but refused to give us a room,Iwas in tears,had no alternative and at night couldn't find another hotel so spent a night(horrible experience)

Not at all clean room. Basic electricals were not working in so many rooms

The staff though reluctant in the beginning to help with the basics like getting a room with working ac and fan later tried their best to make us comfortable but to no avail.

The rooms were filthy. Basics of the electricals like fan and lighting were not working in most rooms. The bathroom was filthy and the lock was broken. Never visiting the property ever again

Wifi never works there, Wait time is too long for check-in Don't even provide a drinking water bottle, They most of the times denie the booked stay saying that they don't have rooms available and they were not updated by booking platforms about the stay.

Not worth it!

The location is both good and bad. It's on Khar Danda Road on top of a Spanish restaurant, close to Carter Road Promenade. But it's also next to the fisherman's village so the hotel smells all day of rotting drying fish 🐟! Only the hot water shower was good.

The rooms were very dirty even after special cleaning. I got dust allergies during my stay so we had to check out early. The Fans and electrical control systems don't work, they are just for show. The toilet was filthy even after cleaning due to zero maintenance. I had to get the sheets changed and blankets removed after checking in, in order to be able to use the bed.

Hotel staff was very cooperative and facilities were as per specifications. Overall a nice experience with Fab Group of Hotels. Look forward to stay more in future.
