The hotel is central in Burgdorf, it sits off one of the main streets and is easy to find and see. The exterior is modern and stylish as is the inside. The staff are exceptional - balancing being professional and friendly. It’s a warm comforting place the moment you enter. We also liked the fact the hotel is owed by the Lifestyle foundation that helps people of all abilities into the workplace. Also we loved the shower head lever.

Kaum angekommen hatten wir eine unbeschreibliche tolle Begrüßung
Das Projekt Lebensart gibt den Haus eine ganz persönliche Note! Wirklich alles ist super organisiert und liebevoll ausgeführt
Der Anblick auf die Burg ist sehr schön und man hat direkt die Möglichkeit durch die Oberstadt zu bummeln
Es war alles perfekt- ich habe nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat

Das Frühstück war toll und sehr reichhaltig, mit einer sehr freundlichen Bedienung, die immer Ordnung gemacht hat.
In der Nacht halt doch Geräusche der Altstadt, es war warm daher haben wir mit offenem Fester geschlafen.

the room is quite small for 3 people which we booked. this room apparently just for 2 people, additional bed seems add temporarily, and it was uncomfortable bed for sleeping. And I complain the additional tax charge: I was told by booking.com that I already paid the whole price ( final price), including city tax, but when I check out the hotel still charge me 60 CHF over for the tax.
