The location of this hotel was fabulous. We had a deluxe room overlooking the wild coastline. It was gorgeous. The bathroom was huge & had a lovely shower overlooking the coast. There was an elephant by the hotel when we arrived which added to the excitement. We ate from the à la carte menu, which was a mix of Sri Lankan & western food - all v good. Pool was huge & shallow so good for kids. All in all a perfect end to our stay in Sri Lanka. Perfect location for a game drive in Yala.

Great spacious and well-decorated room. Close proximity to the Yala national park where safaris take place. Great sea view (if you get an ocean view room rather than a pool room).

Very close to the Yala safari entrance.
Close to the beach and elephants take walk the beach at dusk. Great staff and excellent food.

Good location, the bar is a lovely area with nice staff.
Upon arrival back to the hotel after an all day safari, they had no provision of food until the evening meal time.
