Amazing experience at the UGA hats. Staff were wonderful, as was the food and the SPA treatments. My husband saw a Lepard walking by our hut during night.

Beautiful location, excellent services and courteous, pleasant staff. .
The ranger who took us on safari was great, he did an excellent job telling us stories about the park and the animals.
We were 3 ppl in the hut, so we had 1 extra single bed added. That extra bed could have been better, in terms of both size and quality of mattress. Other than this, it was overall a very pleasant stay.

mainly customer service ( ms Zara) the villa and the pool, the view, the safari guide and the surroundings, cocktails
the ac and the limited safari trips , the timings of the safari, the staff who didn’t wait for us when we were late 15 min on the safari , the food as well was below expectations, no entertainment , it’s totally not worth what we paid for
