We really enjoyed our stay. The resort is great for families with kids and has lots of good facilities (spa, tennis, padel and choice of swimming pools). The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Apartment was cleaned every day, except Sunday, and clean towels were provided whenever needed (cleaners were excellent). The free shuttle to the beach/port was an added bonus.
The apartments were basic but overall pretty good for the price but would benefit from some modernization in places. An oven would also have been useful.

It was nice to have patio doors out to the pool. We really liked the pool we were near but the others were a bit busy for us. Breakfast had a good selection. They do not like you to linger after 10am and start to kick you out. Shuttle bus was handy but timings mid afternoon would have worked better for us, was ok to walk 20 mins instead. Italian restaurant was really nice.
Arrived late and air con wasn’t working so the room was a thousand degrees. We had to wait about an hour to get it fixed which meant baby went to bed late. Meanwhile baby was crawling around the room picking up bits of dirt off the floor and the bottom of my feet and her knees were totally black from the dirty floor. A nice receptionist came to look, apologised and asked for it to be cleaned the next day. We chased this and it eventually got cleaned but to a very basic standard. Fridge handles were still sticky and under the beds/ sofa were dusty. Generally cleaning was very minimal all week, we had to chase them back to clean the floor one day. Our aircon broke again and was fixed. We were the newly renovated rooms but they’ve just added some things that make it look nice in the pictures but the reality is it’s a tired hotel that’s doing ok for what it is. We had a nice time but I’d look to stay elsewhere. High chair is an extra charge which is a bit snide, they waived the charge for us given the issues. The beds were short if you’re over 6ft. Shower had a few broken pieces falling off.
