Good neighbour in non touristy part of Barcelona. Easy to travel from the airport. Lots of local shops and restaurants near to the accommodation. Breakfast was limited but for what you pay it is still great value. Dinner was excellent value - 8.95 euros. Nothing special but good wholesome food served in a college refectory.

I absolutely loved staying here. Rather naively I hadn’t realised it was university accommodation turned into hotel rooms! But this worked really well. All rooms are very comfortable and come with what you would expect for a student let. The reception staff were amazing; so friendly, multilingual and accommodating. The shared facilities are great; the gym is actually pretty decent if you know how to get the most out of the equipment, and the pool area is a total sun trap. All in all this was an excellent find for me on my travels! There are plenty of local shops or if you prefer a bit of familiarity, an Aldi a short walk away, and María Cristina is the closest metro station which links to the city really well.

The breakfast was good,I had no complaints,a great choice of breakfast foods and happy staff
The mattress could have been a bit comfier and the pillow was too thin….but I adapted and made it work

Friendly staff, clean
The room is very basic, for the price. I don’t think it’s worth it at all. The room had no glasses or cups. There’s nothing in the room at all apart from a bed. There was no comfort here. My pillow was not comfortable. I did ask for another one, but nothing was done about it. Also, the walls were very thin. I could hear my neighbour next door snoring heavily
