Great property, reasonable price, close to 'some' of the cruise terminals

Clean and modern property, suited our family needs very well.

A bit tricky to find, but did so with a quick visit to the nearby rental office.

This was our last night in Puerto Rico, and this place was a very nice way to end our trip.

It was exceptionally clean and honestly a breath of fresh air after the other Airbnbs we stayed in. Wish we could have stayed here a little longer. Comfy beds, and linens/towels smelled fresh and clean.

The large list of possible charges that could be incurred was a little intimidating.

A great place with a city view in the heart of Old San Juan!

Great location and the indoor/outdoor living vibe when you opened the doors in the main living area!

The beds were very high. It was a safety issue for my 96 year old mom, so she had to sleep on the couch.

A beautiful mansion in the heart of Old San Juan with old world charm! Perfect weekend stay for our family of 8.

The property was wonderful! It was big and spacious and centrally located in Old San Juan. We enjoyed the home theater room to watch videos we had taken on our trip too, which was a nice bonus!

We would have rated it a 10, but because we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the a/c in the stairwell because the remote was missing, couldn’t turn on the light or fan in the master toilet room, there was a green line from top to bottom of the tv in the movie room (but it still played), some missing door handles, and the most concerning thing we were worried about was the security of our belongings when we weren’t there because you could open the small window size opening on the door and reach in to unlock the door. As for parking, they tell you that you have to pick up a paper from their office to receive their parking discount, yet the parking lot and garages wouldn’t honor any discount. We ended up parking on the street which cost nothing and it didn’t take too long to find a spot. Also, we used Old San Juan Rentals twice at the beginning of our trip and they were fantastic, but unfortunately for this stay we informed them we would arrive at 3pm, but we did not receive the entry code. We were waiting in the heat at the door for almost 20 min with my 96 year old mom who had to go to the bathroom and couldn’t hold it. We tried to contact them via booking.com messaging, called them numerous times with no answer, then had to call booking.com customer service before Old San Juan Rentals finally answered their phone and gave us the code. This made the situation very time consuming and difficult to resolve.

Best location ever with plenty of room.

The apartment was really nice; well decorated and very clean. The location couldn’t be beat - EVERYTHING in Old San Juan was within walking distance. We did get an Uber to go to the beach but we walked back without a problem.

The things we weren’t happy with were few and minor. One of the sinks in the main bathroom leaked, but there were two sinks so that wasn’t a real issue. The stove did not seem to be operational although the stovetop was.

Just ok stay

Cold A/C, location

Neglected building, entrance gate was very hard to operate, fair and dated condition of the apartment. I had to call twice at 3PM to get the code for the room keys lockbox. There is no elevator in the building.

The apartment on Calle San Jose 2B was well centered to everything. Easy to walk to attractions, restaurants and sight seeing. Highly recommend.FYI...the is a flight of stairs to get to apartment.

It was a mission to get tv signal; paid for two days but only stayed one ; wanted to watch the NBA Finals but no tv very disappointing

The apartment was big and clean.

There are a lot of construction projects going on around the property so is super loud and we couldn't sleep because they start drilling from 6am... Wouldn't recommend staying here for the next few months if you're sensitive to noise

It was fantastic!

The hot water was really bad...not heated enough. Showers were semi-cold. Also, the drain in the bathroom sink is very slow.

Even better than I expected!

We stayed one night in 253 Tanca. The photos look good but I was stunned by how amazing this apartment is in person. It is extremely spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. Check in and check out are very easy and the location is fantastic. The hosts are helpful and gave great recommendations for parking. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

I can't think of anything that could be improved, honestly.

the space

1) the constant noise level all day and night. trucks and loud vehicles very late into the night and throughout sleeping hours 2) cleaning crew was still there at 3pm and needed another 15 mins to finish!!! after a long day of traveling and waiting exactly for 3pm to get access. that was unacceptable

nice place, nice for groups, spacious

nice location , roomy, comfortable!

well I was with my family and we wanted to separate a few times but there was only one key! so we couldn't go too far when we separated! they need to give us 2 keys for groups. and we ran out of toilet paper! it's also so loud around here , so you have to sleep late, . mosquitoes in the bathroom were brutal!

Very damp from humidity and lack of A/C as advertised. Also no dryer. I contacted the property and they said unit 2b didn’t have a dryer but the picture of the description they sent stated “dryer”. shower was lukewarm at best.

The location was the only positive thing

There is not a window in the entire apartment . There is no hot water except a tiny dribble out of the shower . None in the bathroom basin nor the kitchen tap. There is not a basin plug in either the kitchen sink or the bathroom basin . The bed is extremely soft and not very supportive . The flat is so cold towels didn’t dry . Furthermore All the crockery in the cupboard was all wet . Presumably as it’s so cold in the apartment nothing dries out . Sadly we didn’t enjoy our stay .
