Nestled in Carolina Beach, this lovely condo for $205 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. IN SUMMER WE RENT BY WEEK WITH SATURDAY TURNAROUND DEPARTURE CLEAN NOW INCLUDES LINEN AND TOWEL PACKAGE FOR SIX GUESTS ASK FOR DETAILS. "Rock Your Troubles Away” in this wonderful first floor condominium located across the street from the ocean in a highly desirable portion of Carolina Beach. The ground level of this property is for parking, storage, and the pool locate behind the building. So there are about 15 steps up to the first floor. This condo is well-maintained and nicely appointed, with lots of glass doors to enhance your views and the feeling of spaciousness. The versatility in eating and sleeping arrangements make this condo especially appealing to a variety of families and individuals. This home has a very large porch on the ocean side with rocking chairs, a swing and a table with chairs. This is a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises, enjoy your morning coffee or other favorite beverages any time of day. There are even some limited views of the ocean from the porch. The table and chairs provide additional mealtime options, whether a casual lunch in wet swimsuits or a candlelight dinner. It is also a great spot to play board games and put those puzzles together along with card games. This porch is also a great place to relax in the swing and sink into the rockers. Just sit back and let your cares slip away with the sound of the surf and ocean breeze in your hair. There is also a smaller porch or balcony which overlooks the pool. It has two chairs to use while watching the swimmers in the pool or the sun setting over the canal. The interior is tastefully decorated, with two sofas in the living area (one is a sleeper sofa) where you can watch large flat screen smart TV, surf the internet, take a nap or just sit back and enjoy your stay. The dining area has a table and chairs that will seat six comfortably when you wish to dine inside. The kitchen has a great view, over-looking the pool and the canal. It is well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils. It has a stove, microwave, stainless dishwasher, stainless refrigerator with ice maker, and small appliances to include a toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig hot beverage maker and coffee bean grinder. Adjacent to the kitchen area is a front-loading washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The master bedroom opens onto the ocean side porch. It has a full private bath, a queen size bed, walk-in closet and cable television with DVD. The second bedroom also has an adjoining full bath and opens onto the small porch which overlooks the pool. It has a double bed and twin bunk beds, which are nice if you have children in your party. It has a flat screen television with DVD player. A spacious walk in closet provides storage of clothes. The saline filtered pool is gated and private, open only to guests of our 24 unit condominium group. It is well maintained and generously furnished with tables, chairs and lounge chairs for your comfort and convenience. Onsite unassigned parking for up to two vehicles per unit and an individual storage room are located on the ground level. Ocean access is just a short walk from the condo. This condo undergoes a Deep Clean before each summer. This involves removing and laundering all bedding, taking beds apart, and thoroughly cleaning the entire condo. At this time, we also restock all supplies and replace anything worn out or needing replacement. Bryant Heating and Air heat pump installed in 2020 undergoes regular maintenance as well. Condo Cleaning is also provided by a member of the same small cleaning company between guests.. They have been taking care of this condo for about 14 years now and are rated one of the best on the island. They also inspect the condo after each rental. Make this wonderful condo your next vacation home as you create new family and personal memories for a lifetime. Reservation is not complete until signed rental agreement and photo ID have been received by owner. Trip interruption insurance is not included. It is recommended. Owner will provide sources if you need that information. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday. This is a NON-SMOKING CONDO INSIDE AND ON PORCHES. It was our first time visiting Carolina Beach and Ken’s condo was the perfect place to rent! It had everything we needed for my husband, our three kids (7, 4, and 2) and myself. The pool was a great spot to hang out when the kids didn’t want to be at the beach, but the beach was just a short walk from the condo. I would recommend the little corner shop a couple blocks away for coffee and breakfast and the owner is super nice! Communication with Ken was very easy and we had no problem with check in/out or really anything else. Would definitely rent again.

The property was great. As shown in VRBO listing. The key was a tad bit hard to get out of lock box initially! Possibly consider a Keyless Entry lock? The kitchen floor was a little on the sticky side. The beds were NOT made. We had to make them. The beach was very close. It was beautiful. We had a great time in Carolina Beach. Lots to do and good restaurants!!! Loved Kate's Pancake House!!!

It was awesome! It was just what my mother and I needed. We want to go back for more than 2 days. Only minor issue we were unable to use the TV in the living room. But I bought batteries and replaced the ones in both remotes. I was able to get the TV to come on, but the cable box seems to need to be replaced. Loved having the rocking chairs on the front porch.

Mr.Ken was wonderful communicator he made sure to call me and communicated on checkin process well ahead in addition to email!! The property is beautiful and perfect for our family!! Kids enjoyed the swing and patio is cool to sit and relax!!! The Beach access is less than 5 mins walk!! Enjoyed our time at beach!! The condo property is clean and well maintained!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed to fix meals with during our stay. It was conveniently located to the beach with two different access areas to choose from. Ken was excellent to deal with and made sure that we had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay here.

Ken was an excellent communicator from beginning to end and provided some great local ideas of places to eat. We are a family of 5, with three young kids under 7. The layout of the property is very comfortable and my kiddos loved swimming in the pool after playing on the ocean, which is a short walk from the unit. Overall a great stay, we will be back!

Nice convenient location. Just across the street from ocean. Pool looked very clean, however it was not opened yet due to going in April. Nice big balcony. House was clean and well equipped.

We had a great time at this VRBO. It's conveniently located just a 5 min or less walk to the public access walkways.
Can hear the ocean from the front deck and just barely see the water beyond the property across the street.
We were busy with our toddler so we couldn't enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked. It was safe enough to have her walking around on her own on either front or back decks.
Conveniently located to the beach and restaurants are just a couple minutes away. We enjoyed the aquarium a few miles down the road on our last day too. Good times.
There was a canopy in the storage unit below with a roll cart to help with transporting to the beach but the cart was falling apart and was a bit difficult to maneuver in its current state. I appreciated that there was sand castle toys and umbrellas/Canopy available. However there are no beach chairs. We had a buy one at the local WINGS - $70. Would recommend to bring your own chairs from sporting good store ahead of time.
A note on check out process:
Make sure to allot time to run the dishwasher and put away all the dishes. The cleaning fee does not cover this. This seemed a bit out of the ordinary of a request, but an inconvenience nonetheless.
