Perfect for weekend stay for Victorious Festival!

Great apartment in a perfect location for Victorious Festival. Really spacious 2 double bedrooms and living area with literally everything you could need provided from hairdryers to ironing board, tv's in each room and all the utensils you could want. Turned up early and lovely housekeeper let us leave our luggage in the hall well before official check in too. Handy to be able to park right outside too. (although the neighbouring car had parked across the line so did make a small space even smaller but we managed).

Comfortable stay in a good location.

Great location. Great communication with host. It was very comfortable.

The place smelled very damp and musty. The towels were a little yellow and aged. It was a little hard to find even with the provided instructions. A picture of the street front may be helpful with the provided instructions.

Everything was available in the appartment, plenty space, quiet, ground floor, car park and central location. Harbor and many more in good walking distance.

Great location/apartment

The apartment was in a great location, a short walk from southsea and gunwharf quays. The beds were comftable, with great kichen/living area, with everything you could need. Done to a high standard, and very clean. Definitely recommended.

Parking was a little difficult if there were a few cars already parked.

Home away from home in historic Portsmouth

Beautifully appointed apartment on the ground floor. Instructions clear and easy to follow. Great spot with lovely restaurants and water in easy walking distance. A really packed information booklet and well supplied.

We would happily stay here again.

Two mature brothers on this trip which was a two night stay. The apartment suited our needs very well. Clean and tidy with excellent quality towels and bed linen. Good living/dining/kitchen area with plenty of space. Good location with a selection of pubs/restaurants nearby. Try Giuseppe's for excellent Italian food and monster portions. Also, a co-op store just across the road. Petrol station within a quarter of a mile.

The shower cubicle is a bit small but OK. The door to the bedroom on the far side (furthest from the entrance door) sticks a little - a minor defect which a good carpenter could fix this in about an hour. That's it. No other problems.

Very clean and today, everything provided from towels to kitchen ware. Great to have parking too

Found it hard to find initially - we had to park up and walk to find it. I hadn't realised it was in block that was called something else though that may have been mistake

Excellent stay in a cosy, comfy, immaculate and well-equipped accommodation!

Loved this place, it was clean, comfy, well-equipped with everything you could need and MORE... the towels were excellent - Egyptian cotton! the space was in immaculate condition. We had everything we needed, we just wish we could have stayed longer :) Amanda is lovely.

The blinds are excellent and of great quality, the only thing is that they let light in slightly (shut them up or down). Apart from that, no complaints at all.

Relaxing birthday weekend in great accommodation

Great central location with pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. Very comfortable spacious apartment with super comfy beds. Lots of nice little touches like the hot water bottle and blanket for those really cold nights. All modern appliances in great condition. Quiet and safe area. Free parking outside the flat is a bonus. Space is suitable for a small to medium car. Definitely recommend.

It would be good to put a shelf up in the bathroom. A chair in each bedroom would be good to put clothes on at night.

Excellent apartment in handy location for sightseeing.

A lovely roomy apartment with all the facilities required. Great location within walking distance of the beach, Old Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays.

Given the size of the bathroom the shower was very small.

It was great to find an apartment in Portsmouth with parking but just to note the space was a bit of a squeeze - still worth it tho to park outside the door 😀

Modern appartment in perfect location

Perfect location. Short walk to the seafront and hovercraft to Isle of Wight. The appartment was modern and clean and equipped with everything needed.

Great weekend break with good accommodation

I have mobility issues so was really pleased that the apartment was ground floor so this was good. Chairs and sofas reclined so were perfect. Additional fans in rooms were provide so on a hot weekend this was a bonus.

Students above had a party on our first night. Nothing to do with the flat but was annoying. WiFi didn't always seem to work

What a lovely apartment very clean and very comfy beds, was close by to the shops and restaurants

The location was perfect close to everything, restaurants and shops. The apartment had everything we needed no complaints at all
