Nice place lovely food & a good bar option
The parking is not to my liking having to pay to park after paying over one hundred and fifty pounds I thought was very poor

The staff,room,food was amazing. Was met with a very polite lady on reception who couldn’t do anymore for me. After being shown to my amazing room I booked into the restaurant and had a delicious steak finished with homemade sticky toffee pudding.
Nothing to dislike.

Day staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was lovely and room was very nice and clean

We liked the location and style of the property.
The staff were all friendly.
I did not like the fact that the shower drain in the Tower Suite constantly backed up and would not drain which resulted in having to take start/stop showers to stop the bathroom flooding.
Also there was thick dust on the ornate mirror in the bedroom and a bin that was not emptied.
