Sterling Sands is conveniently located off Highway 98, within walking distance of many delicious restaurants such as the Back Porch and the Pancakery. For groceries and supplies, there are plenty of options within a short drive including Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart, to name a few. And if you've gotten your fill of the beach, you can always head over to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, just a mile up the road. Things to Know Elevator in the building. A resort fee (for amenity wristbands and parking passes) of $15 plus tax per person (5 years old and up) must be paid during mandatory pre-registering online. Website provided in confirmation email. This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The unit was perfect for a quick weekend getaway for me and my husband. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub more than normal because the weather was on the cold side.

Condo was clean and had an amazing view. Would have liked to have had more than one extra blanket for the random cold front that moved through. We really enjoyed the place, though!

Amazing condo, had everything I needed. Ocean front, pool, hot tub, very comfortable bed. loved the balcony sitting watching the beautiful emerald water and the sugar sand beach! Will definitely visit again.

The floors were filthy, had to wear shoes. Killed 3 roaches. When I reported it to the manager, they just wrote it down. Place needs cleaned and updated.

Info was clean, great view and location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing that upset us was that beach service was not included with this unit. I had made inquiries (not with Vacasa) and was told beach service included- when we checked in found out that the owner does not provide the beach service. Very disappointing since the other units provided. When I called I was told I. Oils use my own umbrella and chairs. I did not bring them since I was told they were provided and a sign is posted by the gate at each beach access that use of personal umbrellas is prohibited due to liability.

Great view!! Short walk to the beach! Perfect for our family of 3! Bring grilling utensils and a spatula for pancakes as the room didn’t have any but we would stay here again despite that!

None of the TV remotes were working so we were unable to watch any shows. In fact all the batteries except 2 had been stolen and some of the remote backs were missing. And the king size bed was hard as a rock Pretty disappointing considering the price we paid.

Pros: Great location, excellent view and quick access to the beach. Reasonably clean. Cons: 1. Needs pest control. Saw 2 roaches. 2. Compared to other beachfront condos, no basic amenities like coffee, salt, sugar etc. Also, no beach mats or beach bags etc that most similar condos have. 3. They require you wear a wrustband all the time. 4 If you book through Expedia, check in is very cumbersome. After the booking is made you have one online process to verify identity and another process for checking in. Next time, I would rather simply avoid the hassle and go with a hotel.

If you check in on Sundays you're out of luck to get on the beach or pool and your vehicle might be towed away because the office is closed on Sundays and you can't get the beach/pool gate code or parking tag! We cut our vacation two days short and left that's how much we dislike this poorly managed place!

Getting wrist bands for this condo is hard. They are supposed to be in the condo for you when you arrive. So we spent hours of our trip trying to get wrist bands with no luck. Front office is barely there so if your wrist bands are not in the condo you will be out of luck and harassed by the staff during your trip. Needs updating. Safari pictures really don’t give off a beach vibe🙂. Location is great.

We loved every second of our stay. I'm so glad we chose this location. The view, the attractions, the pool, the awesome beach and scenery were priceless. And to top it all off... this was my 6 year old son 1st trip to the beach and ever getting in a pool..... and it was amazing! These are memories that he will never forget.

The photos of the interior were identical, but the balcony view was much better than pictured!! It was a straight line of sight to the beach! We were expecting to see it from an angle as pictured on the website. There was some sand in the unit, but you'll never be able to get it all! Hot water didn't seem to last long when two people showered at once. But everything else there made it a great stay!! Recommend!!!

The location (1st floor by stairwell) was excellent. Eliminated using the elevator. The unit needs a deep cleaning (found two pair of panties under bed in master bedroom while plugging in sleep machine - Ugh). Small things like remote controls with no batteries or back cover to hold them in remote, making tv in 2nd bedroom worthless. Suggestion - Neflex would be a perfect addition to TV programming (need downtime from sun and sand). All in all a great beach experience.

This property is situated perfectly on the beach and near all the stores, restaurants, etc on Hwy 98. I loved being able to sit out on the balcony, hear the waves, and read, but still be able to walk a few steps over to the beach itself. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend. We will be back!
