The location was perfect, the building has lots of character and lovely having the balcony view. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Sad to leave. They keep hold of your suitcase if too early for airport. The water in the fridge along with prosecco was great and tea coffee milk and sugar was refilled every day. The room can be cleaned everyday if you want. Very clean.
We found finding the entrance tricky as didn't stand out. We ended up in the wrong hotel but was next door and they took us through an adjoining door do wasn't a problem.

The apartment we stayed in was elegant, clean and comfortable. Maria at the reception desk was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She gave us lots of good tips for our stay in Madrid and made us feel welcome and appreciated.
Everything was great!

Amazing location. So easy to navigate around Madrid. Lovely view, felt very safe and relaxed.
Noise from room upstairs was so loud! Occupants walking around from 2am until 8am. Not the hotels fault but it was so loud we couldn’t sleep for 2 nights. Insulation is not pretty non existent.

Perfect location to all iconic sights in Madrid. It’s a walking distance from the Palace to Plaza Mayor. Also, Marianne the daytime manager is very attentive to the needs of the guests. She will try her best to assist you. Even the night manager is very helpful.
Not that I don’t like something about the place, but because it is smacked in the middle of important places to visit, and it’s within the pedestrian pathway, there will be times when the cab cannot go right in front of the hotel so you have to carry your luggages. But it is not that far from where the cab will stop.
