Nestled in Gilbert, this lovely house for $325 per night is a great option for your next break. This is a monthly rental. Beautiful 3,000 sq ft home with downstairs lock off suite which includes kitchen, siting area, bedroom and bathroom. Heated pool and jacuzzi located in Seville, the premier golf course in Gilbert, AZ. Heat is included in price. Outside Resort style yard has Built in BBQ with attached table for outside dining. Out door Gas fireplace next to pool and spa. Open floor plan Large living room off kitchen with views to the backyard outdoor Oasis! Tv in living room Tv in Master and Casita. High speed internet and Streaming. The fully equipped granite kitchen offers a full size Stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and all utensils needed for your vacation. The laundry room has washer and dryer. 4 Bedrooms 3/5 baths: 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and loft upstairs. Downstairs Lockoff Casita Suite with 1 bedroom 1 full bathroom, kitchen and sitting area. 1/2 guest bath downstairs King size bed in the master, queen beds in the guest rooms and casita. Casita suite offers full privacy is separate from the house with full bathroom, kitchen and siting area. The loft area has a pool table with a granite bar located in the adjoining turret. Ceiling fans are located throughout the home to keep you cool; in the family room, loft and all bedrooms along with two outside under the covered patio. Seville is a quiet golf community with many walking and biking trails. Two children's parks with swings and slides are moments walk away.

Good location, overall a nice house. Does need some upkeep. Couldn’t get the outside fire place to work. Spa/pool controls need upgrade, some features not working. No toilet paper in two bathrooms. Some lights and fans not working. Nice place otherwise

Overall experience was positive. Good neighborhood. Nice pool. Unusual layout to home. Only major complaint was maintenance guy shows up early in the morning on the day of departure and starts running a weed eater and leaf blower. He disabled and started cleaning the pool and was making a mess so we couldn't swim. Then he asked if he could come in and start doing laundry!! Seriously? Checkout time is not 8AM. We appreciated a somewhat early checkin but not at the expense of being awakened and irritated by this guy. He acted like he couldn't wait to be done and move on with his day. Very unprofessional. Solve this issue and we would consider staying again. If not, I would go elsewhere. Other minor issue is squeaking beds in two bedrooms woke up sleepers. Needs fixed or replaced.

This home had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation with kids and grandkids from the frigid cold that we’ve had in ND! Backyard was an oasis for us with heated pool, hot tub, grill and fireplace! We definitely spent the majority of our time outside. Great park nearby for grandkids a definite plus. Grocery, Dunkin’ Donuts one of our favorites as we don’t have here within minutes. Great eating San Tan Flatts minutes away pretty much everything we wanted and needed for an enjoyable stay! This is the 2nd time we have rented this home and would definitely rent again! Thanks for the great rental Denice was a great time for all of us! Deb

This home was in a beautiful neighborhood and it came with potentially wonderful amenities. The less than five star review relates to the price and our expectations. For the price per night, and the cleaning fee cost, we didn't expect to find a used tissue under the bed, or a non-working television in the casita. The pool and spa had bottom sediment and did not appear to have been cleaned. We couldn't get the gas fireplace in the main house to light. It was otherwise, generally clean and spacious but as another reviewer alluded to, it looked like it could use some tender, loving attention. A little more attention to detail would go a long way to making it a nearly luxurious accommodation. The pool table missing a pool ball for example; More then two wine glasses from the same set; Paint touch-up in the dining room; a missing cap on the kitchen faucet; drawers full of "stuff". Not trying to be nit picky, but in our opinion this beautiful home has lost some of its luster over the years. We were very happy with the location. It was close to shopping and good restaurants and within a 30 minute drive to the Superstitions.

The house was very clean and perfect for our 4 adults and 2 kids. From the heated pool and hot tub, pool table, outdoor fireplace, and open layout it had everything we wanted in a house. The only negative of the house is the distance it is from most things in the metro. The zoo, Scottsdale, and many spring training stadiums are a miminum of 30 minutes away. We've rented several VRBOs and this is one of the best so the distance was well worth it! Thanks Denice for a great vacation!

Loved the Gilbert area. So many things to do. Golf, hike, spring training, walking, restaurants.
The house was very nice. The best part of the property is the backyard pool area. Pool, spa, grill, fireplace. Multiple areas to lounge and relax by the pool or spa. Felt very private considering it is a tight residential area. Palm trees in the back and other mature neighboring trees make it feel secluded. Everything in the house was well stocked...plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Washer and dryer are nice to have on site. Owner is very responsive to questions. Local family takes care of the place so if you need anything they are very responsible in responding. Would definitely consider this house again if we are back in this area for vacation.

Mixed feelings about this rental
The house is spacious and was immaculate upon check in. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need (would suggest adding a crock pot). The master bedroom king sized bed was very comfortable.. The backyard has everything you would dream of for a vacation home. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working for about ten days of our stay. (not the fault of the owner but it did take a while to resolve). The furniture, though comfortable is getting a little shopworn. Dresser in master bedroom is missing knobs and if you plug in the lamp next to the bed it will blow a fuse. Things the owner should be made aware of. Tired looking towels/washcloths. It would have been helpful to have a binder with information on how to operate all the appliances, pool, tv , outdoor fireplace etc. this might have eliminated many of the numerous emails I sent to the owner, as I’m sure she was getting tired of them. Be aware that there is no satellite/cable only local channels and Netflix which we had trouble accessing.
All in all, we had a relaxing stay here. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, golf and hiking all of which we took advantage of.

Our kids loved the space, pool table and heated pool! It was a perfect place to visit with family and friends. Well equipt! We’d stay again.

Nice, clean property (excepting pool) but service was suboptimal
Had problem gaining access. Code to lock box not sent and contact was difficult to reach at time of entry. Home had no iron, making us resort to bottom surface of heated pot to prepare clothing for upcoming wedding. (iron was not provided even upon our request). Despite additional payment for access to heated pool, we found the pool cold and dirty upon our arrival. Maintenance person came to turn on heater and filter upon our request but pool remained murky and leaf-filled so was not used during our stay. A sum was removed from our security deposit without a reason attached.
Except for the above problems, home was pleasant, clean, well-stocked (except for iron), and in good suburban neighborhood, far from central Gilbert.

Lawn unkept, lacked bar stools for outside bar but once brought to her attention was resolved she had amazon deliver 4, we put together, light bulbs burned out lacking cable boxes on two tvs but was resolved but one doesn't like to keep asking for things that you except for this price, needless too say I have two c o n trainers of items that I will not have to purchase for next rental, like measuring cups, cookie sheet to name a couple. Response was good, just owner needs to live there awhile to Find out what doesn't work..for the cleaners must not be handling that.

Great property
We would absolutely stay here again! This house had everything we were looking for, and everything you see is exactly how it will be when you get there. It was very comfortable; specifically, the beds were super comfortable which is a huge plus for me! It was great to have the heated pool especially since we did have a few chilly days during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed (pots, pans, utensils, etc.). The backyard has great established trees for some shade when needed, but we still got tons of sun for most of the day if we wanted it. Denise was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had before or during our stay. I honestly can't say enough good things about this property and the owner, and when we come back to Gilbert we will definitely book this house again! I have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful place to vacation!

We stayed 7 days, the home was very spacious, clean with everything you could need. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Owner very nice and accommodating. Would rent again !

Outstanding rental for a great price
The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! We are staying in the house right now and didn't want to forget to do a review. The pool, hot tub, outdoor fire place and barbecue area is amazing. It has been near 90 degrees every day and the umbrella in the swallow end and a few trees give us plenty of protection from the sun but there are plenty of areas both in and out of the pool which have sun if you want. The casita is very private and has a bed, TV and full bath. There are three separate controls for the A/C so the casita and two levels can have the perfect temperature. I love the open concept of the family room and kitchen so when making the meals you still are a part of the family discussion. Denice has been one of the best people we have ever rented from through VRBO. Combine all of the above with what I feel is on the very low side for a rental providing this much and not only will we be back but I give this house five stars and would highly recommend you staying here.

Great Home with Very Fair Price and Super Renter
My wife and small dog enjoyed this house very much during our stay in early November. Temps were in mid to high 80's so we used both the pool and hot tub/spa outside. Although the pool had no lounge chairs to use (just regular chairs), we made the most of it, and Denice was more than hospitable and did all that she could to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Be careful about staying in the spring and summer, because the house has a western exposure where the master bath faces. Both the bath and master bedroom got really warm during the day so we would limit our stay in this house to late fall and winter months. The neighborhood is also a PRIVATE COUNTRY CLUB so you can't play there, but be sure to play TRILOGY golf club. It is only about 10 mins away and is a lot of fun and in fantastic shape. The pro shop is extremely friendly, too. Other courses are at least 20-25 mins. away minimum (at least the nicer ones). Very close access to grocery stores and eateries, and the neighborhood is definitely up scale. Denice even gave us a late checkout and didn't leave a bunch of silly rules to abide by (thank you, thank you). We truly felt like we were at a resort.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. We enjoyed the pool table and had several wonderful meals on the outdoor grill. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. The public golf course was a great way to spend an afternoon.

Just what we needed. Lovely house with great back yard. Perfect for lazing around morning or night with nary a peep from the neighbors. Absolutely fabulous.
