The location is fantastic, and the room was kept spotless throughout our entire stay. The bed was genuinely comfortable, and housekeeping came by almost every day to tidy up, make the bed, and provide fresh towels. The bathroom was well-stocked with soap, shampoo, and shower gel, and the balcony had a lovely view. We also appreciated that even though there was no air conditioning (which was clearly stated beforehand), the two fans provided kept the room surprisingly comfortable, even with temperatures hitting 30°C outside.
The kitchen setup fell short of what was expected from the listing. There were really only a couple of mugs and glasses - no plates, forks, or spoons to eat takeout or prepare a quick bite. Additionally, the small fridge, kettle, and tea/coffee supplies were located out in the hallway rather than in the room. Adding a few basic dishes and cutlery would make a big difference.

Great location. Everything was in walkable distance. Either if you decide to go to the beach or go to the main city attractions. And the tram stops not far. Shops close for anything you need, The area was much nicer than the main city centre, less busy. Room was large, beds were comfy and our room was cleaned every day. Me and my friend were really happy with our stay.
The only let down was no air con (which i expected on arrival). A fan was provided which got us through, but it was hot! Luckily we had a room with big windows which did help a little at night.

Very welcoming place to stay in Barcelona in a great location nearby to everything in the city centre. I loved the interior decor style of this guest house especially the artwork on the walls and high ceilings and tall big windows. Jenny who checked me in for my stay was really friendly and helpful showing me to my room and gave me all the info I needed to feel comfortable. Thanks

Good location & baggage storage upon arrival.
No AC. Large window caused it to be hotter inside than it was outside (90f+). We only had one small fan and were denied a second fan upon request. Staff member at check in was unfriendly and unaccommodating.
