Great value. Clean, modern, new. About the size of a typical dorm room. Location is good, about a 20 minute walk or tram ride to old town. No A/C but it was fine I just kept the window open slightly.
It would be a 10/10 rating if it wasn't for problems with check in explained in the next section.
During check in their system will send you a code for a lock box via Booking message. I got the code but when I arrived the lock box was empty! (No room key in the box). I had to contact the company via WhatsApp and they had to physically drive to the property because nobody is there on-site. I was worried they double booked the room which would have been very bad. They said the cleaning staff had forgotten to put the keys back in the box and an hour later I was able to check in. So it was resolved it was just a major headache.

Posto tranquillo, fermata tram vicina, possibilità di parcheggio in strada
Poco pulito, letti e cuscini con molti capelli e peli,letto scomodo, lavandino bagno piccolo quasi inutilizzabile, tenda sulla doccia, e non capisco l'utilità di una cucina con lavello ma senza piano cottura o un micronde.
