The hotel is very easy to reach from the train station and provides convenient access to Kraków’s historic centre. My room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was lovely and hot. I especially appreciated the water dispenser, where fresh still and sparkling water was available around the clock – such a simple but genuinely useful touch.
My room was on the first floor facing the street, and with trams passing frequently, I found it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a room on the quieter side of the hotel.

Cleanness, Breakfast was good, hotel was central.
The elevator does not stop on the room floors you either have 5 steps up or 5 steps down to enter the room floor. Since we had a 1 1/2 yr baby in pushchair + luggage’s it wasn’t that easy. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for couples with pushchairs or a person that has difficulty going up and down the stairs.
