适合在机场附近凑合一晚，房间和床尚可，其他勿期待

就在机场隔壁，旁边有商场和各种餐饮店

大堂布局极其不合理，转了半天不知道哪里办理入住。工作人员极其拉胯，我刚从国外回来一时脑筋短路想！一起来“入住”这个词就说我要check in，然后工作人员竟然听不懂...你好歹名字上写着国际俩字啊！另外客房虽然比较新，隔音极差。入住的基本都是晚班飞机到达或要赶早班飞机的，所以半夜和凌晨走廊的声音不断，非常吵。

The room overall is comfortable but the pillow is too soft. Even I had 4 in my room but still my neck hurts after a night

The WiFi is useless, regardless the room Internet or hotel Internet. It says I do not have internet after the device is connected to the WiFi

Could have be good if instructions are given on the operating of the TV for foreigners who may not be familiar with the use of 2 devices.

Great as an overnight ready to fly out the next day.

Located so close to the airport. The buffet breakfast was mostly fresh local food with very little processed foods like boxed breakfast cereal. The entire hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere. My Chinese wife was particularly impressed. Extremely helpful management staff with respect to myself not being fluent in Chinese.

Access to the airport is a little complex by foot. No problem with a taxi or the half hourly shuttle service. No signage in any other language other than Han zi. Some pin yin at least would help. Due to nearly three years of Covid-19 travel restrictions the hotel appears to mostly have patrons like pilots and other airline crew. As a tourist I felt I got less than polite treatment from the check-in and check out staff. But management was far more courteous.

Good , but paid more then what was agreed on reservation .

Great Location after late flight , neat , clean and well organized hotel. Good beds and wonderful bathroom.

when I booked I got a message that for more money I can have a private bathroom ?! which I did , I upgraded . I never thought a hotel like this would have shared bathrooms. secondly when I checked in the price was 454Y instead of 395Y that was mentioned during reservation. Not a big deal but not nice and I was too tired to start arguing which would not have solved it anyway because the front desk staff felt it was above them to solve this .

Disappointing

Nothing interest me at all as I only stay for 1 night.

Service staff are pretty blur as upon check in late evening, they unable to locate our booking. After which they manage to find the booking and request full payment upon check in. They did not even direct us which lobby to take the lift and end up we walk one big round with our luggage. As we are taking early flight back, we check with the counter on direction to terminal and they just mention it at 2nd floor and did not even have initiative to ask if we are heading toward domestic airport or international airport. From this hotel to international airport will take approx 20mins and the shuttle was every 30min kind of. End up it take us about 30mins to walk to international airport with our luggage. If the counter staff were to be more attentive and inform us the direction would take such distance, we would have arrange a transport to send us there. Given a choice, I will not choose this hotel anymore. It kind of disappointed! ! This is give a lesson learn to be more careful and don't take thing for granted.

Passable

Nothing to have good impression of this hotel except pretty new.

Staff was not proper train at check in counter. Was shocked upon check in and staff at counter told me there are no booking confirm for my reservation. After more then 30mins finding and finally they found my booking. Even show them my booking reservation and at one point staff even ask me how to find the booking reference under booking.com. Check with them twice on direction to terminal as next morning need to catch the early flight back,staff given wrong direction and attitude was terrible. Early next morning unable to locate any single trolley to place my luggage to bring over to terminal and staff again direct wrong direction to us and. There are two terminal in Haikou and staff did not even bother to check if which terminal guest would be departing and just straight direct us to dosmetic terminal instead of international terminal. Omg lucky we anticipate enough time and from dosmetic terminal to international terminal take us another 30mins or so. Advise to all who which to book this hotel if you are departing at dosmetic terminal would be good.if not totally not advisable unless you already arrange for transport pick up. It really a nightmare! There was totally no staffs to assist or advise which way to lead to your rooms upon check in. No one even bother to help with luggage at all. Maybe it is consider as budget hotel from what I view. Staff attitude was terrible !
