Amazing staff I was very tired and the check in was suppose to be open by 4pm but the customer service was so kind to me and allowed to start early this mean a lot to me I I want to thank them for their support.
Everything was okay for me.

The location, access and comodoties were very good
/your customer service close at 10PM and around midnight other customers try to get for the first time on the rooms but could not open the key safe, they were there trying the code but was not working, they ring the bell some time trying to find assistance, they didn't get in and no one to call for assistance. This is not a good start of holidays, for them. They left and i don't know the outcome.
Customer service should be on call 24/7
