Awful

I have never stayed in anywhere so dirty and disgusting With people who don’t even make sure there guests are happy or uncomfortable I’ve now become ill since sleeping there and everything is damp There were insects everywhere I can’t explain how disgusting this was Absolutely terrible

Bra för pengarna om du inte är så petig!

Suoer trevlig personal, speciellt Wayan!

Ohygieniskt med stenarna i badrummet. Luktar äckligt & svårt att städa ordentligt. Fick byta rum 3 gånger pga små problem som belysning och trasig air condition. Mycket som kan fräschas upp som hade gjort stället super!

Nice little Homestay close to the center of ubud

The pool was nice and the gardens were beautiful. Everyone running the place was nice and helpful.

The bathroom floor not that great. It’s just dirty and the lighting isn’t good in there.

it's ok for short stay

Great location, nice garden, pool,

I spent 6 days, and the room has not been cleaned even once. Rubbish bins full of rubbish. Staff always very tired and unhelpful. The manager lives in Australia and cannot sort the issues that the staff member told me. No internet for 2 days, all what needed to be done just to restart the modem.

Skønt ophold, rummeligt værelse, billig tøjvask og rareste personale.

Personalet var super flinke, trods en lille sprogbarriere, var de virkelig søde, og vi kunne sagtens kommunikere alligevel.

Der var som sådan ikke noget vi ikke brød os om. Poolen var måske en smule beskidt, men ikke noget der forhindrede os i at hoppe i.

Piscine, moustiquaire pour le lit, proche des rues animées mais assez éloigné pour ne pas être dérangée par le bruit de la route.

Mes draps avaient des taches j’ai du demander à changer et chambre un peu vieille (mur sales)

Effort on cleaning needed.

The place looks nice outdoor, it is walking distance to ubud center. The staff was friendly. It is very cheap.

It is very dirty and there's no cleaning between days. The pool also does not look super clean and there's only two sun chairs. The bathroom was not inviting.

Superb

The location was perfect, just off a vibrant street and close to cafes, restaurants etc but still quiet. The room was large, bed comfortable, AC worked great & there is a beautiful pond & lush garden in the middle. And all of the staff were outstanding, very welcoming, kind & helpful.

Fabulous place, we will be back and definitely ask for the same room in the back by the pool!!

Wayan Yudi was extremely helpful, kind, helped us with our bags, helped us with everything and I would highly highly recommend you ask for him when you visit!! room was clean, hot water, close to everything, and the best breakfast restaurant is down the street! And La barraca The best Italian is down the street!! it’s all a win stay here

Passable

Good location, easy to get to the centre of ubud

Room needed a deep clean and the bedding was old and stained. Bathroom felt damp. Was waiting for 10 minutes to check in, then wasn’t told it was a cash only payment which resulted in some issues in paying. A Member of staff gave my personal phone number to another guest to message me about paying in cash. Wouldn’t stay again.

Good location to visit the town

The shower was nice, and the pool looked nice (albeit we did not go in). The staff were kind and offered their help with booking activities and transport.

Our room wasn’t so clean, with the bedding and towels stained. We had arrived quite late at 11pm and the owner showed us to our rooms and left, so we could not do anything about the cleanliness.

Nice grounds and room, good aircon

The property is a little walk to the centre of Ubud. There was a foul smell in the bathroom the majority of our stay. And the staff are very persistent about asking where we are going and what we are doing.

Amazing view, pool to cool down, peaceful location near main area, Beautiful Gardens, warm shower.

Room was a little run down and could do with a little update. Bathroom smelt very damp.

Budget Brilliance

Location was great. Beautiful design and ambience. Upkeep better than most budget accom we have stayed in. Good air conditioning. Young Wayan was brilliant and gave great service, had good English as other staff & owner didn't have much.

Clarity of water in pool not great. Towels in room were not particularly absorbent.

Pleasant

There was a young man working there who was very helpful. Anything we needed, he was happy to help. He also brought us hot water for our tea/coffee each morning. The shower was nice and hot. The bed wasn't too uncomfortable. Good location.

We were woken up every morning before 7am, either by the dog barking or people talking very loudly walking passed our room (assuming these were workers starting early). The poor dog was in a metal cage, not much bigger than the dog itself. I'm not sure if it was removed from the cage at night, but on one of the days we noticed that it was in there from atleast 7am (when it started barking) to just after 10pm at night. We didn't leave the room until 1pm and got back at 5pm, so if it was let out if the cage, it wasn't for long. Quite sad to see and obvious why it barks all day. We didn't use the pool as there was a really nice free pool down the road. Slight smell of damp in the bedroom but nothing too offensive. When I messaged the number provided, it was the number of someone who no longer works there.

Great stay!

The place was really nice. We had a big bed near the pool. The place is nearby the tourist area, but you cannot hear all the noises. The pool was clean. The welcoming with a cup of tea/coffee! Wayan was a lovely worker! 10 stars for him ☆

The first day we just get some toast with jam. We read all the reviews about the amazing breakfasts. So we were disapointed. The next day we ask for banana pancakes and Wayan could make them for us. The bathroom needs a little touch. The paint is getting of the walls

The room was clean and the location was good. Very friendly and helpful host.

It's the first hotel in Ubud where I didn't feel very safe :D The doors didn't close properly, there was a lot of space between them. The bathroom was clean, but the water was going super slow in the shower.

Local vibe Ubud homestay

Great location in Ubud with a lovely swimming pool and mountain view upstairs. Wiyan is the guy who is very helpful and preapre the amazing breakfast. Price is cheap.

The bathroom needs more clean and needs improvement.

Superb

Beautiful temple-like garden with couple of rooms here and there. Nice staff, good breakfast and a swimming pool. We wished that we could stay longer, it's so quite and sweet!

There are not a great parking for your bike.

Very central location and clean room as it appeared in the photos.

The shower did not work well, with barely a drizzle and would not stay upright and part of the shower wall was falling off. It was also quite loud at night with dogs barking continuously, clearly hearing the neighbouring room.
