It was ok for breakfast, one of the cleaning people went to my room and took my money on Saturday 5th august between 12:38 to 12:41 they saw him on camera and still not give me my money back.
The fact that I lost my money and they know that. They asked the guy he said he didn’t but after reviewed the camera he went to the room for 3 minutes

Water in the toilet flush, bathroom shower and wash basin was too slow to be used. Had to wait long to get our chores completed.
Water didn't drain properly through the bathroom.

It was budget friendly with an additional 5% discount on food right outside restaurants. Overall, good place and friendly people.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. It was all proper based on my expectations

the location is very gréât,especially for the nightlife
it looks like an abandoned mall. almost no staff, the rooms are weird and looks like a libertin club. tub in the middle of the room just like the ONLY sink, we booked for 4 and only two towels. the hotel is creepy with wedding dessses in the hallway and escalators who doesn’t work. the sink was leaking land there was no window. also, poor electronic system since the cards didn’t work. the jaccuzzi is empty, just like the hotel. to be honest, I was thankful to be with my friends because I was scared of the hotel who looked like a glitch. it was very creepy and scary.

For us it was a "last minute" booking as our original plan fell through...this was only available option at a reasonable price. Very surreal experience. The hotel is in an old pre-existing shopping centre that went bust and each room is an old shop with a wide shopping front- windows. The :design" element is just posters of various fashion designers stuck on walls and each room is named after a designer...
Location was great with short walk to the beach and shopping mall.
Lots of noise from early morning due to renovation works.

Location of hotel near beach and night life. Near super market.
It's loud sometimes if people are partying inside the building.
The exchange rate paying with credit card was higher. We decide to pay in cash at last, but we still got charge. Asked for a letter for our bank to clarify the charge on my credit card, but hotel didn't help. Does little things make me lower the rate of this hotel. A simple letter..

Good situation close to the main spot
Price in dollars on booking.com but at the hotel 20 dollars tax to pay in dollars. It's like a scam. To get warm water turn the water 20 minutes before shower 😵

Nice location.
Hotel is based in an old mall. Walls are extremely thin so you hear everything what is going on in the hallway and the rooms next to yours. Don 't expect to much of this

Absolutely nothing, do not waste your time and money, the manager IVAN CARED MORE ABOUT DRINKING HIS POP THAN COSTUMER SATISFACTION. The clerk the next morning with a massive stain on his shirt cared more about sitting down than finding us a confirmation for our refund. After spending $280 for two nights for only the room I am extremely disappointed and won’t be back, I seriously wouldn’t recommend at all. If your looking for a better hotel for the same price and better quality I recommend Aloft hotel a few steps from beach and coco bongo, closer than this hotel to all tourists spots.
The cleanliness of this place was horrendous, we found stains and hair on our bed to a disgusting level. Staff was rude and not at all accommodating towards our complains. As well we mention that we were celebrating our anniversary in advance and they had let me know that they were decorating the room, however upon arrival there was nothing, I believe that this is not a lgbtq friendly hotel because the staff were referring to me as Mr. and when I corrected them they never replied and ignored my messages and clearly our request for the decorations. When we complained about the room and expressing our disappointment to the manager he simply sat there drinking his juice and didn’t seem sympathetic at all. We didn’t want to even stay that night and when we asked for a refund he did only agree to refund our second night, we had to stick it out since it was 4 am and we had nowhere to go, ended up staying all night looking for a different stay and talking to Booking.com since the manager Ivan lie to us and said that only Booking.com can do refunds however Booking.com told us that only the managers at the hotels can make this happen. Costumer Service at Booking.com was very helpful compared to the manager Ivan who was very unprofessional. After dealing with this all night, upon checkout the next morning Ivan wasn’t there and the clerk at the desk had no clue what had happened, after some explaining he informed us that the refund had already been done when asking about a confirmation he had nothing to give us, we had again to call Booking.com to confirm this which wasn’t true and the hotel done nothing at all bout it. When we call we made sure that Booking.com was persistent in order to make the hotel issue us a refund. To make it all worse the man that walked us to our room, stood in out room asking us for tips and wouldn’t leave until we gave him something, we understand if he had helped us however he just took our keys and walk us to our room which we had no say into.

The staff & food was the best part of the stay, they were friendly. The food was the ABSOLUTE BEST.... the tacos, the pizza and did I say the tacos?
Lets start by making sure that if it is raining outside.... IT IS NOT RAINING INSIDE, HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER WOULD BE NICE, DECENT BEDDING WOULD ALSO BE NICE, AS WELL AS A PRESENTABLE LOBBY WITH PRESENTABLE FURNITURE AND FLOORING. By all means, when housekeeping makes the beds.... please have them put a blanket on the bed so your guest don't have to beg and plead for a blanket for hours.
When we checked in the front desk couldn't get their machine to take my credit card so I had to call my credit card company multiple times so as to not lock my card up. At that point, I had to go on Booking.com and pay for my room on the website and even then the receptionist kept saying that the room wasn't paid for.... I had to call booking.com and get them to tell him that it was paid in full three different times. The hotel is in an abandoned mall, on our 1st night it rained, and YES.... YOU GUESSED IT! IT RAINED IN THE BUILDING... NOT SPRINKLED, RAINED! The rain was pouring through the ceiling like a faucet, it was raining inside so much that they had to place buckets and towels on the floors to catch it upstairs and downstairs. Their escalator wasn't in working condition either. To go along with the rest of their unkept decor they had faux trees that had exposed wiring. Our shower had no hot water and once we turned the shower water off the water kept dripping and dripping and dripping, I had to request a blanket (the bed only had sheets on it) and it took all day to get one (only after I went downstairs 2xs), the furniture was run down and the coffee table even had holes in each corner. The floor tiles were cracked, broken, and dingy. The condition of this place is DEPLORABLE!!! We booked this train wreck for 4 nights but we only stayed 14 hours (1 night). We had to pay to stay in a different Hotel. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE... ONLY GO FOR THE FOOD IN THE PLAZA AREA..... I'M STILL FIGHTING TO GET REFUNDED FOR MY 3 UNUSED NIGHTS!

It was on the strip. The beds were reasonably comfortable. Staff response to problems was timely. Both attached restaurants we ate at were delicious. The price was reasonable.
While the listing claimed the hotel is meters from the beach, it's a 5 minute walk to the entrance to the public area. NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE included despite the claim on the listing and the shuttle the hotel staff called for us was run-down and got a flat tire within moments of leaving for the airport. We were then forced to transfer to a cab and renegotiate our payment while trying to ensure the driver we'd already paid handed over our money. There were lots of cabs out front, so negotiate your own drive!
The hotel itself is a repurposed strip mall, so the rooms are large (storefronts) but the reno is odd. There are no windows to the outside, but the front wall of the room is frosted glass, allowing all the light from the giant corridor in at all hours (the meager curtain provided did little to eliminate this). It honestly felt like being underground the entire time. It's also very noisy and echoes carry, so bear that in mind. The beds were new and comfortable and the staff did their best, but the setup was uncomfortable. Even the heat pump (aircon) was hard to adjust because of the weird building, so we found we were continually adjusting it through the night (in other words, not a great sleep).
We only stayed one night to ensure timely arrival at the airport after a week in Isla Holbox, so there was that saving grace, but if this had been our primary hotel we'd have been very disappointed.

I like the idea of the "fashion hotel" and each room being themed. The interior is super cute, with the bathtub in the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
I was surprised to find out there were no windows in the rooms, so the air was a bit heavy inside.

Nice concept… but probably had it best time years ago
It’s old, dirty, filthy, need a renovation because it look like abandoned place. The toilet didn’t flush, wifi worked only by the reception.

The receptionist was very kind. Works night shift I believe.
Pictures on the website are not what the rooms are. If you want a decent room, you have to ask for it in the front. There might be an extra charge. wifi connection wasn’t working. No hot water. There was a power outage in our room at 3am. We had no AC due to the power outage. We then had to move to a different room at that TIME. As I mentioned earlier, the receptionist working night shift was very understandable and kind.

I like the fact that the staff treated you well. They were kind, open, receptive and nice to deal with. They were human in treating the guests sometimes that is what some hotels lack. They didn't just seem to be doing a job.
The all-inclusive had too many limitations. There is not enough variety in what they offer to eat. There was no direct access to the beach. The hotel doesn't have a pool. During my stay, there was no light or water for almost 12 hours, that was really an uncomfortable experience.
