The staff were friendly and the location was spot on, right next to the termini station maybe a minute or two walk. Loads of restaurants about. And it's easy to reach Rome destinations on foot, bus, metro, and train.
The hotel needs updating.
It might be a bit noisy at night if you sleep with open windows.
At night lots of sketchy characters are walking about on the streets just outside the hotel, but it didn't bother me as I didn't bother them. To some it might feel overwhelming.

The location was great
The property is in dire need of an upgrade. It looks like it was decorated in the1890’s and left like that ever since.
